O.W.L. Fest

This Saturday (28th March 2020), POTTÖRHEAD will be joining the O.W.L. Fest - the Online Wizard Rock Livestream organized and hosted by Percy and the Prefects. The event starts at 5 pm CET (12 pm EST) and runs throughout the rest of the day. Given the current situation, Jutze will be playing without Kronbichler and Lars Battnott. Booh. We/I will make the best of it, anyhow.

Recap: Waiblingen (Monday, 23rd December 2019)

The show in Waiblingen at the CBC was nice. We were tempted to play Christmas songs, but we played wizard rock songs, instead. It’s what we were born to play, anyway. Has it really been more than a year since our last gig? Time flies. After the show we looked something like this:

2019

This year, we began writing and recording a bunch of songs. Once again, we just steam ahead without thinking too much of an album structure, a time frame or tuning our instruments. We have one date left in 2019: Tomorrow (Monday, 23rd), POTTÖRHEAD will rock at the CBC in Waiblingen around 5pm.

In other news (or olds), POTTÖRHEAD contributed songs to two compilations in 2019.

Wizards Give A Shit! features a live version of “The Bielefeld School of Wizardry” (which we named “Unicorn Poop” for the sake of an international audience).

The 2019 Wizard Rock Sampler features our previously unreleased song “Jesus Had a Horcrux”. The title says it pretty much all.

2018

Recap: Waiblingen (Friday, 19th January 2018)

Our record release show was somewhat chaotic. We should have rehearsed after leaving the studio. Anyway, it was a party, we drank, we sang, we were surprised by Lars’ drum fills. We played a couple of songs we had never played live before, which is always fun and always nerve-wrecking. Thanks to the audience of the Klingenstraße in Waiblingen-Bittenfeld!
