Photoelectric is the latest collection of high quality holographic lacquers. The name Photoelectric is reflective of the dynamic shimmer of the 5 polishes: Metastable, Shine Light My Way, Ready For Emission, No Resistance, and Return To Ground State. No Resistance is a light blue jelly colored base filled with micro silver holographic glitters, micro holographic flakies, and micro dark blue holographic glitters.

New to the shop, our loose manicure fizzies come in a durable, reusable, and portable tubes. Our loose manicure fizzies are made with organic essential oils and organic botanicals. Pure, an intensely sparkling silver platinum flakes dressed in a multidimensional silver holographic glitters and micro flakes in a clear base. This glitter polish can be worn alone (opaque in 2-3 generous coats), or top over a color base. 

Lust, a warm sensitive deep wine red thermal polish that transitions to a brighter red color when warm. It contains silver micro holographic flakes and various sizes silver hex holographic. At different angles, you’re able to see violet shimmers. This beauty is a stunner in direct lighting!

Rose cuticle oil pen, a portable cuticle oil pen made from all natural oils that helps hydrate dry cuticles and brittle nails. It contains Argan oil, Jojoba oil, Shea butter, tea tree oil, aloe extract, and vitamin E to help moisturize and soften nails with the addition of the pleasant sweet floral scent. A Closer Look At Gaia

Gaia, a warm sensitive thermal nail polish, is part of the upcoming Cosmic XOdus II collection (releasing on Saturday December 12th). Gaia represents Earth in the collection. It’s a gorgeous deep teal green leaning towards jade green in its cold state and transitions to a light/transparent green making this thermal a perfect polish for layering with glitter or another base color. 

What makes this polish unique is that it’s filled with color-shifting duo-chrome shimmers that transition from blue to purple/violet. Because this is a thermal polish, the color may look different on different skin tones and temperature does play an important factor on its color change. 

Tips: Proper storage of thermal in a cool and shaded area will ensure its longevity. For more info on thermal care click here.

The collection was more inspired by natural phenomenon and planets. Dancing Around Jupiter, a rich burgundy red base polish with gold and violet duo chrome color shifting shimmers.

Quantum, another rich magenta base polish filled with blue and violet duo chrome color shifting shimmers. This polish is the non-thermal version of A Dream Within A Dream. 

Electromagnetic, the non-thermal version of Show Me Polaris. It’s multi-chrome polish shifts from blue, violet, purple, and a hint of gold. 

Show Me Polaris, the thermal version of Electromagnetic. This is a warm sensitive thermal, when cold it appears the similar color shifting properties like Electromagnetic. However, in its warm state, it transitions to a gorgeous bluis-opal like color. 

Zero Gravity, warm copper brown base filled with gold and violet duo-chrome shimmers.

Sol, the bright polish in the collection representing the sun. This is a warm sensitive thermal that transition from a bright orange (cold) to a lighter peach color (warm). Also filled with gold and pink duo-chrome shimmers. 

Gaia is a blue tone green leaning towards jade green, a warm sensitive thermal polish. When cold, it is a deep blue-green and transitions to a transparent light green. Also filled with blue/violet-purple duo-chrome shimmers. This polish makes a great base for your Christmas tree or holiday nail art theme.  

And lastly is Snow On Saturn, a chameleon topper in a clear base. This polish is filled with various sizes of sliver holographic glitters, blue flakes, and shifts from blue/violet/purple/gold at different angles and lighting. Here is swatched over Electromagnetic. Introducing The After 7 Collection

There's something mystical about the night. It has always been a source of magic, fairy tale, romance, and amazement. Coupling this to our love for purple, Polished by KPT will release an all-purple collection called After 7. The collection contains 7 purple polishes of glitter topper and holographic with different finishes and flakie goodies. KPT Turns 3

It’s not where you are from, it’s where you are going that’s more important people often say. To a great extent this is true, but I feel that equally important is never forgetting where you came from. It is moments like these that allow me to reflect on the events of my life and how grateful I am of how things have turned out thus far and all the wonderful friends I’ve made along the way.

I came to this digital world of indie cosmetic purely out of boredom as I find fun and joy in painting my nails at awkward hours of many nights while working a daytime job that brings no joy or fun, but merely a means of living. I have never actualized my passion or found work that initiated neither interest nor passion until I founded Polished by KPT. The last three years since establishing Polished by KPT have been the happiest times of my life. I’ve enjoyed every second of my hobby that I call work. By starting Polished by KPT, I’ve uncovered another passion of photography. Being able to capturing life in picture is simply amazing.  I don’t know where Polished by KPT will lead next, but I am confident it will be exciting. 

I am truly grateful for all the bloggers and nail artists that have worked with Polished by KPT.  The list is too long to thank in one post, but I want to thank all of you for your hard work, dedication, and creativity. Thank you all for allowing Polished by KPT to be a part of your creative artwork.

Penelope - a “cold sensitive” thermal which transitions from a purple when cold and a vibrant almost neon pink when warm. It’s filled with blue and violet shimmers. This polish is great over a white base for a vibrant color transition. 

Calypso - a “warm sensitive” thermal which transitions from a rich royal purple when cold to a light megenta when cold. It’s jammed packed with multi-dimensional sliver holographic glitters. 

Swimming with Mermaids - a “warm sensitive” thermal which transitions to a green and when warm you can see some teal to a light blue. It is also jammed packed with multi-dimensional sliver holographic glitters.
