So I finished college really early cause I was bored so I just speed ran through college . But I also while doing that got my nursing license, and the reason I’m not a nurse in Japan is the pay sucks and I run a business that I acquired through pure coincidence. but anyways I got a call today that my nursing school is getting its accreditation taken cause the people who were running it literally embezzled millions of dollars for hospitals and the nurses and doctors who started this school are convicted felons and murdered some of their patients.

My favorite thing to watch as thanksgiving approaches is people fail at frying turkeys cause I’ve personally been present for a failed turkey frying and it’s is scary but also hilarious because the reason it happens is cause I see everybody just toss aside the directions so they end up with no eyebrows

I will most definitely be releasing more fics cause I will be in the hospital for the next week and I’m just writing and reading @ladylaviniya who has literally been my only form of entertainment cause I got moved to a room without a tv and I’m very sad about it. I have gotten a lot of work done and writing I even found a fan fic I wrote when I was 13 about resident evil ( I’ve never played resident evil until now so I’m realizing that was very apparent in 13 year old mes writing )

(I also removed my previous post about labor for some personal safety reasons with family and I found a therapist and me and my therapist decided it would be best if I removed it not to provoke any of my family)

Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) was started in 1999 by transgender advocate Gwendolyn Ann Smith as a vigil to honor the memory of Rita Hester, a transgender woman who was killed in 1998.

TGEU Trans Murder Monitoring project, (tgeu.org) has released the 2024 annual data report for 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024:

trans and gender diverse people were reported murdered since the 2023 update. This is a significant increase in comparison with the previous year.

Transphobic violence is in no way subsiding, and on the contrary, is increasing, aided by growing anti-trans hate speech.

Most victims were Black and trans women of colour, and trans sex workers.

This year, the total number of recorded murders has crossed 5,000 cases since TGEU began monitoring in 2008.

Consistent with previous years, 94% of the reported murders were femicides, i.e the victims were trans women or transfeminine people.

Sex workers remain the most targeted group of all known occupations.

93% of the reported murders were of Black or Brown trans people.

One-third of reported murder victims were aged 31 to 40, and a quarter were aged 19-25.

15 trans youth under the age of 18 years (nearly 6% of the total) were murdered.

Many cases remain unreported or misreported due to misgendering.

Not every trans and gender diverse murder victim is recognised as such in death reports.

This is so odd but if I could be any animal I would be a muntjac they are also called barking deer because when they are scared they make loud bark like noises. Those little things below their eyes are scent glands and they use them to mark their territory and communicate they also apparently smell like bleach ( my source,my sister is a veterinarian and she went to Asia to study some animals and saw one of these up close and told me they smell like bleach)they are also the size of like a medium dog up to 18kg . They also have canines that look like vampire fangs and I would love to be a barking fang having deer.

Being pregnant as a gen z woman who says often she doesn’t like kids is hilarious. Cause I like kids I just don’t like parents some of yall are raising little sociopaths and it is terrifying. I saw this kid while visiting my mom in America who had to be at most 5 years old this kid bit his mom and his mom just accepted it . That ain’t gentle parenting that’s coddling a sadist (coming from someone who went to school with a few future murders who are now actually in prison) you kid is gonna be in the news one day and you get to determine if it’s for good or bad shit. Also you can discipline your kids without hitting, that actually makes it worse. I may not be a parent yet but I was a kid not that long ago who lived both sides of the coin and not being hit and getting to live with a good parent made me a good person .

Book review time baby…

First and foremost I love Sam having a cane despite being so young it makes me feel so much better especially as a nurse I always see teens with canes who are very disrespected by older people because they think canes are just for the elderly. I love how it’s a love letter to video games but it feels like these two friends see each others as competitors in every aspect even like competing in mental illness. Also there’s very randomly some gun violence which was very out of place for this book ( as an American just cause it’s based in America doesn’t mean every place or person has to be shot up) this book was supposed to be about video games. To sum it up I think Sadie one of these two friends was an asshole with the emotional intelligence of a worm.

One of my hardest adjustments moving to Japan has been the fact that not a lot of doctors actually believe in ADHD here so it’s so hard to find a doctor who once I give birth will prescribe my ADHD meds. ADHD is literally kind of seen as this made up thing of the younger generation but yeah ableism is very hard to escape.
