Tandoori Chicken Pizza! perfect Saturday night meal. Recipe to make 2 pizza'a Ingredients 5 tablespoons of natural/plain Greek yoghurt 1 large chicken breast, sliced int strips 1 red onion, sliced 1 yellow pepper, sliced 1 pizza bases or tortilla rounds 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, grated 1 Tablespoon of TANDOORI SPICE BLEND BALSAMIC VINEGAR 1 teaspoon of brown sugar Direction Pre-heat oven to 180 C Mix yoghurt and tandoori spice blend together. SET ASIDE 2 TABLESPOONS OF THE MIXTURE Marinate the remaining mixture with the chicken strips for at least 20 minutes While chicken is marinating saute red onion in 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Cook chicken on medium heat in a frying pan. To assemble pizza, spread tandoori yoghurt mix on pizza bases, then layer the chicken, red onion, yellow pepper and mozzarella cheese evenly on the bases and bake in oven for 15 minutes. The theme for the Rheumatoid arthritis awareness week will be the ‘Invisible Illness’, and what goes on ‘Behind the Smile’. People who break their arm or experience an injury are obviously in bad shape but we can see their injury and understand their limitations. But for the millions of people who are living with an invisible illness such as rheumatoid arthritis, explaining what’s wrong is another side effect of the condition. Not only do people have to put up with challenging, often painful’ and sometimes debilitating conditions every day, but on top of that, they may have to face scepticism from people – friends, family and co-workers, as well as strangers who don’t understand what’s wrong. #BehindTheSmile #rheumatoidarthritis #RA2017 #raaw2017 #charity #invisableillness #inflammation
