What If? episode 7. This one was a really fun experience. I loved seeing jotun Loki, and his friendship with Thor. The fight scene between Thor and Captain Marvel was great, I loved that they travelled across countries. Darcy Lewis interacting with Howard the duck was everything I ever needed. Frigga was the best part of this episode though, I loved her in the scary mom role. Thor only listening to his mother is something I loved. Loki’s reference to Frigga was a little sad, they don’t get to be mother and son in this world. I was really excited for there to be a happy ending, and then Ultron. It was nice while it lasted. 4.3/5 because it was a fun episode but nothing too serious or extreme happened, I prefer the more serious and emotional ones.

Episode 6 of What If? Okay watcher showing his face now. I also love that they went with the idea that Tony Stark never became Ironman. (I miss dummy). Ngl Tony and Killmonger is the the team up I didn’t know I needed. Love the hint towards a miniature arc reactor. I liked the recall to ��to killers”. I enjoyed the Wakanda fight scene, but nothing will top Infinity War’s Wakandan fight scene. Okay okay okay the best potential team up i’ve ever seen in Pepper and Sheri!! I found it interesting that we got to see how things would play out in Killmonger’s way. 3.8/5 it was fun to watch, but it didn’t really keep me entranced. Great one liners though.

What If? episode five: zombies. Dr Strange’s cape> also absolutely adore spider-man’s blogs. Sharon Carter, Bucky Barnes, Happy Hogan, Bruce Banner, Hope Van Dyne and Okoye? What a line up, I’m loving it. (Kurt too). Kinda shipping Kurt and Hope…? I am living for the Cap vs Bucky moment. I am always on Wanda’s side and I adore Visions dedication to her! Gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss. Wanda’s grief never ends does it. My two fav characters interacting: Wanda and Bucky, it may not be in the best way but… I will give this one 4.5/5 because it had an amazing lineup of characters, so fun to see them interact. Also, can’t wait to find out what is up with the Watcher

Episode four of What If? Okay, O’Bengh is my new favourite character, he might be better than Strange. He’s iconic. I very much enjoy the take on what would happen if Dr.Strange lost Christine, it makes his character more human and likeable. Also, something weird is going on with the Watcher .. he’s becoming more and more noticeable. Love the point where Strange acknowledged him can’t wait to see where they go with this. The evil twin thing was so interesting to watch, I loved that take on the multiverse. I was sorta rooting for Evil Strange in a weird way. Super cool fight choreography, it was fun watching Strange fight himself. THE SHADOW PART WAS SOO COOL. Ending was so emotional… maybe evil Strange is my new fav. 4.6/5

Episode 3 of What If? completed! This one was a wild one. I love getting to see the watcher in the background, an excellent touch. I loved seeing Nat and Fury in this episode, they were great! It was definitely something seeing all the avengers die… but it was entertaining. I love Loki, can’t believe he got his happy ending. Captain Marvel at the end was fun to see!! 3.7/5 for this one it was fun to watch, but less multiverse-y if you know what I mean.

Second What If? episode down! I really enjoyed this one. The whole time I was wondering if we were going to see Quill and I am so glad we did! I love that little bit of Quill and Ego and the open ending. I really like how they made T’Challa’s star lord more on the moral side, being a sort of Robin Hood. I also love the relationship between T’Challa and the dude he employs at the beginning, a very funny touch. I loved seeing Nebula and her different look! Also Thanos changing his mind just because T’Challa had a conversation with him? I love that it suggests the power of communication and just the awesomeness of T’Challa. The What If? funko pop for this episode is is so freaking cool. Love Yondu and the Ravagers, the relationship between them all is great (love T’Challa and Yondu’s relationship). 4.4/5

ps. the dedication to Chadwick Boseman made me happy

I just finished episode one of What If? and it was more than I expected. I loved the callbacks to Bucky becoming the Winter Soldier referencing his fear of trains and how Captain Carter “almost ripped his arm off.” I also like how they made it so that even in this universe Steve and Peggy never get to dance and live their lives together in the 40s. Another serial I loved was Peggy and Steve planning their dance date right before the sacrifice. I give it a 3.9/10, it did not seem to make a drastic difference but it changed reality in a lot of ways. I always thought about the plot line where Peggy is asked to step out of the room, I enjoy how they incorporated it. (Extra points for having Howard Stark)

ps. the way Steve sorta became the first iron man because of Howard was an interesting detail.

I just finished reading SoC, I went into it thinking Inej and Kaz were going to be my favourite couple. Well Matthias and Nina stole the show, it was non stop romance between those two.
