As some of you know, Austin Taylor Macedo's house burned down in the LA wildfires. He, his wife, and his three-year-old son lost everything. For those of you who don't know him, Austin is a photographer, stylist, songwriter, and music video director for Messer, an indie musician for whom I sell fan merch & art prints. I can't bear to profit off his work during such a time, so for until they're back on their feet, 100% of my earnings from my store will go to him and his family. Please consider buying some of my art or a t-shirt to support the Macedo family in their time of need. Thank you!

Hello, my name is Lama, and I am from Gaza City, specifically in the northern Gaza Strip. I grew up in a loving family of resilience and hope, with my parents working tirelessly to provide us with a life of dignity and opportunity. My father was our steadfast provider, and my mother was the heart of our home. I have two brothers and three sisters, the youngest of whom is just six months old. She is frail and often sick due to the lack of proper food and medicine. My siblings and I have shared dreams of education, careers and a bright future. But life in Gaza is marked by hardship, and when the war began, everything we had built was shattered. My older brother, a kind and a courageous soul, was martyred while trying to secure basic necessities for our survival, my younger sister was gravely injured, and the cost of her treatment weighs more than the universe to us, now the responsibility for my family has fallen on my shoulders.
Our home, once filled with warmth, laughter and memories, has been reduced to rubble. We have been displaced more than thirty times from place to a place with nothing but the clothes on our backs. Each time we returned, we found more destruction, we always clung to the hope of rebuilding, but in the last attack, our home was completely destroyed, we are now homeless, living in unsafe conditions with no shelter to protect us from the cold nights. The loss of our home is not just the loss of a building, it’s the loss of safety, stability, and the place where our dreams were nurtured.
With my father unemployed since the beginning of the war, we have no income to provide even the most basic necessities. Water, food, medicine, warm clothes and blankets-things that many take for granted-are beyond our reach. Every day is a battle for survival, and every night is a reminder of the dangers and struggles we face. I am determined to care for family and give my younger brothers and sisters a chance to grow up with hope. But I cannot do it alone.
I am reaching out to you with a plea for compassion and action. Your support can help us rebuild our lives, restore hope, and secure a future where my family can live in peace and safety. Every donation, no matter how small brings us closer to survival and dignity. Please for the sake of god and humanity, help us in this time of desperate need.

yippee knuckles comic done! wanted to try several things: tell a story in 4-7 pages, attempt to style layouts and writing a bit more like stc comics, and lump my "knuckles raised unknowingly by the m.e." headcanons together. mixed results I think but I still think it turned out nice :)

Please don't ignore my story💔🇵🇸
To our brothers, sisters, and loved ones, condolences, I write these words to you, and I am full of hope in your humanity and assistance. Because I am Mahmoud Ashour from Rafah, I spent my whole life working to build a decent life for me and my family, but after the occupation issued the eviction of the entire city of Rafah, we had no shelter and our lives were destroyed. Our home and store were destroyed, and our hopes and dreams were destroyed
We now live in a small tent that is not suitable for living in a tent. We need a new tent that costs 1,500 euros.

The Occupation has systematically destroyed every social infrastructure that makes civil society possible, whether it be healthcare, food systems, or education. In an attempt at genocide, they've targeted schools, hospitals, businesses, and every person who supports their community through their profession.
Rana and Ahmed (@ranafam2) are educators from Khan Yunis (Northern Gaza Strip), with Rana as a statistics professor at the Islamic University of Gaza and Ahmed as the principal of his school: both institutions have now been destroyed.
Palestinians have survived occupation for well over a century now, and they will remain steadfast, but they need your support.
In my conversation with Rana, she told me:
"Providing food and drink for my children right now is impossible. A bag of flour costs 1000 shekels ($272) and milk, for my little girl, is 100 shekels ($28). This is the least of what we need.
As for the tent, today my children froze from the cold because the tent is very, very, very worn out. And we drowned when it rained for a while. We couldn't sleep.
Please, if you know someone who can donate to me, I need it very, very much so that I can at least survive."
To help them get through this week, we must raise at least $1000 to cover the cost of flour and milk. The long term goal is $100,000.
As of today (12/28), we are at:
$177/$1000
Donate here.

MONSTERMONTH No.11 - Avian
One of the living remnant of the wizard wars, the Lookout Cacaw is still being used in the same way - most likely the only reason why they survived the many cataclysms and conflicts, since the idea of a living, nimble spy in the sky never really ran out of steam. When you still need a telepath, sorcerer or techno-magos to connect to the organic occulus organ embedded in the bird core, the functionality of the arcane creature construct is unmarred, no matter which method of control you’ll employ. When most of the Lookout Cacaws are now products of expert breeding and raising, some claim to see them in the wild, living their simple bird lives without being anchored to a controlling owner that forces them to unfamiliar routes and abuses their curious visual organ. Nonetheless, if you possess this rare bird, be grateful and take good care of it - when these might not be extraordinarily rare, they are still precious and useful even as simple sentries.

Trauma dumping becoming a popularized term is just so fucking sad idk that’s one of the worst ones used casually obv there will always be people who say and ask too much from people who cant and don’t know how to handle it but it becoming some sort of pop psychology criminal offense is insane. like someone constantly oversharing is a huge sign something is very wrong you just need to understand that sometimes you’re not the one to fix it and can walk away if need be. Not talk massive shit and play victim ruining someone’s life because they told you too much about their childhood or something just keep it moving
