So, I haven’t been active cuz I’ve been extremely busy these last few months so I couldn’t research popular cosplay or find outfits I like so have some fanart I sorta doodled of @beebeebombam’s Fairy Lady au for Miraculous. I wanted to do more but I couldn’t find a picture of her balcony at this angle so it was kinda frustrating to imagine what it looks like.

So I made genderbent Super Mario characters, if anyone wanted them. Though, the princes just look like modern versions. Eh, I’m satisfied enough.
Characters (left to right): Mario, Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, Peach, Rosalina, Daisy, Toadette

More Linkle mods! This time it’s the mods that replace the Hero of Time, Twilight, Wild, and Sky sets! Pretty dang tempted to cosplay the Heroine of Sky myself... anyways, credit of the design goes to @amiibolad as per usual.

I recently finished Super Mario Odyssey and noticed that Peach has different outfits so I drew my favorites: her swimsuit (Lake/Seaside), her sundress (Sand/Cloud/Metro/Ruined), her kimono (Bowser’s Kingdom), and her pea coat (Cap/Snow/Moon).

One thing I just randomly thought of: if we get character selection in a future Zelda game, couldn’t we technically also get story selection?
One of my absolute favorite games is Dragon Age, it’s made by BioWare and is known as a game that allows a player to make their own story. One of my absolute favorite features from DA is from DA: Origins - the first installment and my preferred - where, at the beginning, you are in a character creation screen. And it’s basically Skyrim at that point. Make your character, choose your race, name them, and expect them to look ten times worse once the game starts because rendering and lighting. But the best part is whatever race you choose, your story is already different. If you choose to be a Dalish elf (the free, tree hugging, nomads), you have SUCH a different story from if you choose to be a Noble Dwarf (child of the king of dwarves, second in line to the throne). Your story is so different for each race, that even choosing to be a City elf rather than a Dalish creates a different reason for your character to BE. There’s so much lore and story to get from each race that Dragon Age is basically 7 games in one. Sure there are elements that are the same, you still go with the Grey Wardens, you still head to Lothering, you still deal with Loghain but the dialogue options ALSO create story variation. And a Dalish has different dialogue options than a dwarf does. There’s also a lot of racism along with classism so you can navigate through that as peacefully or chaotically as you desire. The dialogue and peace-vs-chaos are done better in the third Dragon Age game, Inquisition. Of course, it kind of needs to since Inquisition is a lot more about politics than the first two. The second one isn’t as well praised as the other two, but the dialogue is my absolute favorite because you can be as cheeky or bitter as you please with little repercussions outside of displeasing your companions, so I had to mention it too.
Anyhow, I just went off on a pro-DA tangent again, this is about Zelda. If a future Zelda game gives you the option between playing Link and Linkle (or Link and Zelda but I would prefer the former over the latter), there would be different things that each is good at, different things that each knows, and different things that each has to figure out. Link is good with a sword but in Hyrule Warriors, Linkle either has her crossbows or reinforced boots that she kickboxes with. So obviously, she would be clumsy if the player were to equip her with a sword unless there’s someone who can teach her skills with a sword or she just naturally gets better the longer she has a sword equipped and being used. But equip her with a crossbow or two, and she can f*ck sh*t up. Alternatively, Link wouldn’t be able to get those lessons because he’s already too good with a sword but his bow and arrow techniques? Could use time and practice. A LOT of time and practice at first. Linkle would start in a village, on her little Cucco farm, and would be able to collect eggs from Cuccos without accidentally pissing them off and ending up with a flock materializing out of nowhere. Link would be on the outskirts of some town or in Castle Town in service to the Crown, would have good relationships with everyone in the crown city so would get discounts from them, and would be able to go where Linkle could not due to his occupation as Zelda’s knight. And if Zelda were the other character, rather than Linkle, she would have the ability to use her name to get what she needs, use politics to get her way, and have others do her dirty work. Linkle would be able to see “imaginary” creatures and get help from them along the way since she believes in fairytales, Link would be able to gain quests from his fellow knights, and Zelda would be able to hear gossip from the noblewomen and news from noblemen and check into their legitimacy. It would add a whole new level of gameplay and this game would be replayable for all eternity, allowing for even more storylines to be added on as DLC (what is the Zora royalty doing? The chief of the Gerudo? The lowly Zora guard that is almost always down the river and further away from the Zora Domain? What about the Minish? The Skull Kids? Deku scrubs? They could just add character after character until they get bored) but unfortunately the only way I see this happening is if BioWare and Nintendo did a collab together or if Nintendo worked on this for years and years... it would definitely be a cool game to play though.

Some tribal looks for our Hylian girls, the Barbarian set! Linkle’s design is, as always, from @amiibolad’s design. However! There is no Barbarian armor for the Zelda mod so I had to improvise. Basically, how I decided on the design was putting her backstory into a nomadic tribe scenario - she’s the chieftain’s daughter, father is dead so she is the acting chief. The chief of a tribe generally uses the pelt of a strong animal or paint themselves with a formidable animal to represent their own strength. Well, the strongest in Hyrule would be the the three dragons. So I used Naydra, the dragon that represents Wisdom in the Triforce, as the base idea for the dragon that wraps around her body. Then I decided that a Keese would be considered a strong opponent to a primitive culture since not only are they basically vampire bats but fighting a flock of them would be considerably difficult. Then there’s the fact that it seems like it’d be difficult to keep the skull in one piece. That’s the background info on how I created my Barbarian design, I hope you all enjoy it.

Decided to switch it up a bit, drew some Vocaloid modules that I don’t think I’ve seen cosplay for.
Miku Hatsune: Honey Whip
Kagamine Rin: Apprentice Magician
MEIKO: Noel Rouge
Megurine Luka: Light & Casual

This was originally intended to be “the mods in the lobster shirt” but turns out Zelda doesn’t have that mod yet. So instead, here’s realistic Tetra and Linkle in her lobster shirt, which I believe is based off of Aryll from Wind Waker. Unfortunately, I’ve never played any Toon Zelda games since I’ve never had the consoles to. The Linkle mod concept was designed by @amiibolad

My interpretation of the dress that 1986 Zelda wore, then an altered version of @amiibolad’s Linkle design that replaces the Hero set (aka, ‘86 Link). Though really, all I did was add some accessories. I felt like it was a shame the outfit didn’t incorporate the compass she has by just changing it a bit to be a 3D version of the original Zelda compass design. Then I also added in a potion, rupee bag, and ring because if you’re as bad at games as I am those were essential items ^.^’

My Linkle and Zelda binge continues, this time with an altered version of Zelda’s Oracle dress from BotW and @amiibolad’s design for Linkle’s Oracle dress from Lynard Killer’s mod for BotW.

I did these same sets from amiibolad’s Zelda concept, now I have for you the Linkle mod’s Voe armor and Snowquill set! @amiibolad made these designs as well, I was incorrect when I stated it was Lynard Killer. Lynard Killer made the mod for Linkle.

1) Eevee (right) and Flareon (left)
2) Jolteon (right) and Vaporeon (left)
3) Umbreon (right) and Espeon (left)
4) Glaceon (right) and Leafeon (left)
5) Sylveon
I created these magical girl designs each based around a type of weapon that I believe matches the Pokémon design. Eevee is, of course, the stereotypical high school girl that is the main character and each charm on her decorative belt can transform her. Flareon has a short mahou shoujo wand that controls fire, Vaporeon has an Asian fan that can control the water in the air, Jolteon has a gauntlet/claw that she can use to channel electricity, Espeon has a rapier/long sword and the ability to manipulate the mortal realm, Umbreon has dual short blades and the ability to manipulate the shadow realm, Leafeon has a staff with a large jewel placed in the “hand” of the staff and can manipulate nature with the staff, Glaceon has a ring that lets her manipulate water in the air by turning it into ice Elsa style, and Sylveon has enchanted boots and the ability to manipulate humans thoughts and emotions including creating illusions. At least, this is what I thought of while creating their designs.

Here are the next 3 that I did.
1) Mikasa as a goth and Annie as a ‘bad girl’.  At one point, Attack on Titan had a few pages spared towards the idea of the main cast being in a high school situation.
2) Both are a version of Purah, one is ‘pre-Calamity’ and the other is ‘post-Calamity’. Pre-Calamity I drew in an attempt to mix together both her normal post-Calamity outfit with the Sheikah armor.
3) there is a mod for BotW where you can play as Zelda, called Zelda’s Ballad.  These I drew using the concept art from @amiibolad for the Snowquill armor (left) and the Gerudo armor (right) for said mod.

So I do commissions for cosplay over on Instagram as Cosplay_Creati, and I thought I could put them over here as well.  These are the first three that I did.
1) a Bulbasaur themed Mimikyu idea, though I’m not that happy with how it turned out.
2) Harley Quinn, first from the movie Assault on Arkham and second from the colab comic series titled A Death in the Family when she is at the funeral.
3) the original Alice and Mad Hatter from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, which was illustrated by John Tenniel. I’m not all that great at drawing loafers however so they look a tad bit odd.
Just DM me if you’re interested in commissioning me to draw a cosplay for you.  It seems like the cosplay community are just reusing the same costumes so I’m attempting to add some variation to it.
