My husband, Roy, carved this wooden dowel using a walnut branch that had fallen in our back yard. The wall hanging was hand-sewn by me using appliqué, sashiko and jogakbo stitching. I made this tooth fairy pillow for Oliver, who lost his first tooth while eating lunch at school yesterday! All his teachers said he was “cool as a cucumber” about it. It fell out of his mouth on to the lunch table. He picked it up and calmly put it in his lunch box for safe keeping. It’s the little things that make a house a home. The bed was made by my talented husband, Roy. @royboto Bedside tables were made by myself and Roy from our first woodworking class in Milwaukee over 10 years ago.
