imagine Shermie’s first reaction to bill in an redemption au, Like, he hasn’t talked to Ford in ten years or so, and when he finally sees him, he’s toting this slightly terrifying blonde man at his side. This guy keeps asking people if they want to hear the exact data and time of their death? And he’ll smoke a cigarettes and the fire will be blue? And OH MY GOD IS HE FLYING??? Shermie starts to think he’s going absolutely insane only for Stan to be like ‘oh no, bills just like that’ and then not elaborate.

THE QUESTION IVE BEEN WAITING FOR YEARS FOOOORRRRR RAHH

My personal AU is called Hold ‘Em. :) i plan to make some comics/ master docs for it and maybe some oneshots, but we’ll see. Here this in the meantime, it’s an overall summary :)

If you ever see my bill with long braided hair and glasses, he’s probably from this au (I did use the design for handyman bill once or twice, I’m gonna start tagging the ones that are for my own au.) I’ll make a more detailed post later this week because I love drawing for it, but the heres the general gist.

 ♣️Bill started gettting premonitions of what would happened to him if he started weridmagedon, and freaked the hell out. One thing led to another, and he spills his guts about everything to Ford, who gets wise before the portal even begins construction thanks to the Axolotls intervention. Axolotls plan here is that it wants Bill to keep this dimension stable due to something that happened in the canon dimensions, which I’ll talk about eventually ehehe. It gets ford involved in the dies to try and sway Bill, but Bill’s very against the idea at first, but with every premonition he realizes he may have dogged a bullet (he did lmao). Gay thoughts ensue, and Bill and Ford start dating, awww.

 ♣️Couple notes about them.They’re significantly healthier in this au as you can probably guessed, but they’ve doubled down on the codependency issues and they get separation anxiety when they’re apart. Other than that, they’re the fluffy part of this au (oh there will be angst don’t you worry.) Fords also the only person who knows EVERYTHING bout Bill. (ie, euclydia, the fact he was an inter-dimensional tyrant, ect.) Stan and Fidds know he’s a demon, but they don’t know anything else. At some point, Bill and Ford find an abandoned hellhound and decide to keep it,(his name is Adonis), so now they have a dog, who else cheered? Billford fan kid? Naw Billford fur baby.

♣️Ford eventually comes up with a plan to stabilize the dimension, and asks bill if theoretically the portal could work in reverse, having it stabilize the dimension as opposed to destabilizing it. Bill says he thinks so, and they try to build the thing like in canon. They call Fidds, who after being informed in the whole “god is a Axolotl and we’re working for it”, joins in on the project. Stans eventually called too, as he’s the only person they can trust on something like this who’s also able to physically take on monsters, as Bill cant too much magic without drawing the attention of  inter dimensional authorities. Fiddlestan ensues, and the four of them still take in Dipper and Mabel over summer, chaos follows as to be expected Because no one can know about the portal or anything about Bills whole deal.

Dipper has a way of somehow finding out about literally everyone’s relationships by complete accident. Wendy and Tambry are dating now? Dipper saw them hanging out and just decides to keep it secret for them. Mabel and Pacifica? Dipper finds Mabel’s diary open to the page and just accepts it. Ford is making out with Bill fucking cipher at 3 AM while dips just trying to get water?? He wills that image out of his mind and carries on. Stan apparently has been dating Ford’s other ex boyfriend who owns a fucking brainwashing cult, and Dipper realizes this because he finds them also making out at 3:AM on the same godamn night?? Fuck it, dipper will just keep quiet about it until they wanna talk about it.
