Today is Protein Day. In my diet there was lack of Protein and I tend to eat more of carbohydrates, fats. Later once I got educated in Nutrition from our Health and Fitness community, I understood that there are 20 amino acid out of which there are 9 essential amino acids which our body needs on daily basis and these 9 essential amino acid body can not produce by ourselves. Our cells are also made up of protein and if we have good quality of protein intake it helps our cells to regenerate every day.
