Staring at the Whumptober prompt list in horror because I just KNOW that @amethystfairy1 is going to have a fun time with some of the prompts and all that means for me is more torture and pain as I read her fics

The last episode is so funny to me cause now I’m seeing so many fanarts on tumblr and TikTok where people are making sad pearl death edits with Gems line “of villains are supposed to lose” or whatever she said cause like-

I love being able to send all these sad edits to my friend who’s a Gem main (same one that desperately wants her or Grian to win) cause he gets really upset (jokingly) and I just basically get to laugh at him for it while bragging on how well Cabincrew is doing rn

Don’t get me wrong! I LOVE Gem and Pearl, but my love for them does not outweigh my need to make fun of my friend and all that episode did was give ME great ammunition against him while he has like nothing to say against me cause my mains for this season (Mostly Etho but a bit of Scott) are doing great!

having watched etho's pov first i assumed the bedroom in the lighthouse was gem's idea since she was the one that showed him. finding out it was grian's suggestion is fascinating.

clearly he's taking his cues from the one season he was actually Officially teamed with etho, rather than as a cross-team agreement. grian seems to have learned something about bdubs and etho's whole cheating routine. not sure how well it'll work out for him, but i do love seeing the extent to which ethubs' bullshit has spread across the server. forget third wheels, this is the season where they drag as many people down to their level as possible.
