When we have worries and many trials, as well as thoughts about life, we become restless and think of giving up on life. but because God is powerful and loving, He has given us things that can lessen our problems and worries in life.
🙌Avoidance coping strategy is what I do whenever I encounter stress problems, to help calm my mind and think about what steps I should take.
Here are the things I did to cope:
🎵 MUSIC: I listen to my favorite songs that calm me down while I clean the house or room.
���� PET: I play with my dogs and set up a new aquascape for my fish, that way my mood gets boosted, making me happy and relieving my stress.
👥FREIND'S :bonding with my friends to temporarily escape the problems I'm facing and not think that I'm alone
🎥 MOVIES: watching my favorite shows, including those with motivational quotes

“BOOSTING MY SELF CONFIDENCE“

To boost my self-confidence, I will find a way to increase it through effort and perseverance.
to achieve this, I will set a SMART GOAL
🏋️♀️SPECIFIC: I will lose my weight and improve my physique to boost my confidence and avoid getting sick.
🏋️♀️MEASURABLE: Create a calorie deficit to reduce my food intake and work out with basic exercises for at least 30 minutes a day.
🏋️♀️ATTAINABLE: I will start exercising lightly and increase the intensity every week. The same goes for food; I will gradually reduce those high in sugar and carbohydrates.
🏋️♀️RELEVANT:This goal of mine is to help me become healthy, boost my confidence, and align my desires with all aspects of sports.
🏋️♀️TIME BOUND: I will maintain my routine for 6 months and evaluate my progress and continuation until I achieve the body shape and goal I desire.

“Go Beyond Your Limit”
LEARNING STYLES I FIND INTERESTING
Visual
I see interest in the visual learning style because I have a tendency to read about things I want to know that are in books; this will give me a great benefit to learn everything.
Kinesthetic
I can remember information faster because I associate it with physical activities, demonstrations, and experiments.
Combination
Auditory and kinesthetic are a good combination for studying and learning because I can develop myself to learn quickly.
Kinesthetic
This style with social interaction helps me learn quickly, like group study and brainstorming.
MY LEARNING STYLE
Interpersonal: When it comes to social interaction, I give myself the freedom to engage in order to learn the things I want to know by asking different people I encounter. It becomes easier for me to find out because if I have additional questions, I can immediately find out through interacting with people.
On the other hand, some learning styles are pleasant and it's not bad for each of us, including my partner, to have different learning styles. However, both can help us learn.
