Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them. - Bruce Lee For day 7 of the #StripDownAsanas6 challenge the prompt was a pose which makes you feel courageous so for me it has to be any inversion due to my back. Also I've missed the last two days as I've come down with an ear and a sinus infection as well as bronchitis so the perfect trifecta! At least the antibiotics seem to be helping me as my fever finally broke and I slept through the night last night... Always look on the bright side of life!
