Bravegang in moments of respite! In the Faerie Kingdom, Elder Faerie gifted Gingerbrave some new boots that are enchanted to give him improved mobility. Plus him and Wizard dancing in the rain bc why not

May we have sugar blossom tidbits? Mayhaps even grain flour?

A couple of ppl have asked and I've finally compiled some for ya!

Sugar:

- Similar to Salt, her full name isn't well known by others, so she usually goes by Sugar Blossom. Someone's also called her Sugar Bloom before (which she didn't mind at all).

- She's actually quite pleased to know her name is similar to Flour's! (Flower v Flour)

- She loves to dance and sing melodies with her cherubim (sugar angels)! You can never go a day in her Gardens without hearing sweet music.

- A little worldbuilding note: besides syrups and jams, honey is also a part of the region's cuisine and resource. There are also more than just her sugar angels residing in the Gardens, as it is a sanctuary made for all.

- Trade along the continent is common in general, but her most common trades are with Spice! She absolutely loves their joint creation of spiced honey.

- Following canon (aka looking at the wiki), Sugar can sense the emotion of cookies at a certain distance (which is pretty far). Since her region is her domain, she has a better grasp of it within the Gardens. She can reach beyond the region if she really focuses, kind of like a searching spell. It helps if there's a specific item that belongs to the cookie (high emotional attachment) she's trying to sense.

Flour:

- Contrary to Spice having a circle of High Priests, Flour herself is regarded as her region's High Priestess. The Dumpling Kings aid her in handling more technical parts of ruling a kingdom so she can focus on fufilling cookiekind's wishes.

- Based on the recent lore drops: Cloud Haetae and their family are the appointed guardians of the Ivory Pagoda! Mostly their parents, because Cloud Haetae mostly guards the kitchens and gardens (to snack and play) (which is absolutely fine and Flour loves the kid).

- The gardens are tended to by Peach Blossom himself and the Wantons. There is a greenhouse that holds every region's flora (gifted by the others) that Flour likes to rest in.

- Speaking of rest, if she is not granting wishes or eating (when reminded), she is meditating. Her schedule is almost always packed nowadays, mostly due to her overpowering needs of fufilling her duty. In other words, she's a workaholic.

- She also loves sewing and reading. She used to stay in Yoghurt Milk's library for long periods of time during their early years. There were days where he would read to her so she could sew, too.

Oh do I have some tidbits for you..

- It's probably not obvious yet, but I hc Spice as transmasc! His top surgery scars double as markings on his dough :)

- Very attentive and nurturing to his people. He absolutely adores everyone and is always curious to know any changes in culture as the generations grow.

- Multitalented! He can make tapestry, sew, paint, farm, dance, ect. Literally give him any sort of hobby and he'll perfect it throughout the month.

- This isn't specifically about Spice, but he doesn’t have a military system (like the Spice Generals in canon). Instead, he has a more religious system with high priests and disciples in his kingdom. Tumeric Pigs and Elder Kulfis take the role of high priests while every Spice Tribe has one or more disciples.

The Salt Flatlands is a region guarded by none other than the Knight, Smoked Salt. Where they lack in voice is well compensated by action, being able to rival the Herald of Change quite easily. The Souljam resonates with Solidarity, pressed close to his dough as they aid fellow cookies in navigating the lands and maintaining the perimeters of the continent. As of recent, they've been preoccupied with something past the sea's horizon. A new anomaly had been spotted– but why does the ghost's light feel familiar to him?

FINALLY. This took a bit to figure out. Tumblr gets this early because I plan to post it with a oneshot after it gets through my beta readers :) so enjoy this for now!
