my tips for tolerating ⭐️ving:
1. drink water, this is HUGE
2. munch on a natural appetite suppressant
3. i don't recommend it, but if you already do it, v@pe or sm0ke (it suppresses ur appetite)
4. think about where those calories will fill in and develop fat in unwanted places :(
5. remember your goals
6. you'll be skinny by the summer mindset, you'll be the one everyone wants to look like
7. don't stop until the bones pop out (my favorite to see my progress
8. look at th1nspø, specifically b0nespø, especially if you wanna look like them
9. body check body check body check!
10. wash the dishes and touch wet food (perfect for b1ng1ng urges)
11. your partner will ask if you got thinner, best question ever
12. think about when that pair of jeans will be too big for you
13. this one's a little morbid, but think about the day your cycle finally stops
14. give yourself presents for completing ⭐️ving goals and weight goals (my favorite present for myself is size 0 jeans when i reach that point)
15. read meansp0 if you can handle it, or read softsp0 if that works better!
16. the feeling of being empty feels cleaner than being full of gross food :(
17. you'll be the one who doesn't eat when everyone else does, the one who has that perfect self control
18. work out! go run, walk, lift, swim, bike--- anything to get ur mind off of food
19. participate in your favorite hobby! lots of distractions!
20. hold ice, chew ice, or hold ice to your lips. it's a great distraction!
remember angels, you are closer every day to your goals. you will become perfect!!!!

my favorite tr1gger movies/tv shows
(with reasons why i love them)
black swan - self explanatory lol, i wish i could live the life of a ballerina
to the bone - a little depressing but really shows the reality of ED's and it's relatable
jennifer's body - i love looking at megan fox's body (she weighed 105 lbs for that movie) and comparing it to my own for motivation
girl, interrupted - again a little self explanatory, as much as ED's aren't rlly the point it's just so relatable
baywatch - pamela anderson's body is so perfect and great motivation
heathers - heather duke has bulimia, she's effing gorgeous in the movie
mean girls - the famous "all i drink is cranberry juice for 72 hours"
thirteen - self explanatory, tracy's eating disorder is gradual

good morning everyone!
the food i had yesterday:
breakfast: none!
lunch: fiber one bar and diet coke (70 kcal)
dinner: bowl of cucumbers and small amount of pulled pork (100 kcal)
total: 170 kcals
soooo much better than the last time i ate. i feel so much better lol
school food is also disgusting and that helps motivate me to keep going with my food progress. disgusting school food? appetite completely gone
still at only 110 pounds :(
any tips to lose weight a little quicker would be much appreciated! have a great day dolls, remember your end goal and your goal weight when making decisions 🩷

today's food
breakfast: none! i just sipped some water :)
lunch: a cup of chicken salad (~100 kcal)
snack: less than a cup of dry, normal cheerios (~100 kcal)
dinner: two sushi rolls (~520 kcal)
total: 720 kcal
a little more than i'd like but it's alright. i burned 200 off at the gym! thank god!
tomorrow is a new day.

i am 18, 5'2" 1/2 (the half counts)
sw: 125 lbs
cw: 110 lbs
gw: 105 lbs
ugw: 100 lbs (unfortunately, if i go any lower, my genetic health issues will ki11 me)
my diet
i do not eat more than 1000 kcals a day. i usually stay under 600. i skip breakfast, and eat cucumbers or something light for lunch. i try to avoid dinner, but sometimes my roommates wanna go out and i'm forced to oblige. fasting messes with my heart issues, i have to eat, otherwise i am in the emergency room. i wish i could, though.
i enjoy diet sodas and little puff cakes. my comfort foods include: dry cereal, cucumbers, boiled eggs, strawberries.

i only really reblog th1nspø, maybe i'll post my own version with my own body. i can't have my friends and family finding out im way worse off than they thought. but, sometimes i'll post pictures i find on the internet.
besides being sick, i enjoy music. i love fashion, and heavily dedicate my time to my outfits and wardrobe. i am an artist, and occasionally tattoo my friends.
