Indulge in the crispy, creamy goodness of fried goat cheese without compromising your keto diet. This recipe uses almond flour as a low-carb coating for the cheese, resulting in a crunchy exterior while keeping it keto-friendly.
Ingredients: 200g goat cheese. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 2 eggs. 2 tbsp heavy cream. Coconut oil for frying.
Instructions: Make thick slices of the goat cheese. Put garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl and mix them together. Mix the eggs and heavy cream together in a different bowl. First, dip each slice of goat cheese in the egg mix. Then, cover it with the almond flour mix. In a pan, heat the coconut oil over medium-low heat. Put the goat cheese slices in the hot oil and fry them for about two to three minutes on each side, until both sides are golden brown. Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the extra oil. Enjoy while hot!

This Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken is a perfect Paleo summer recipe that's bursting with fresh flavors. The zesty marinade infuses the chicken with a delightful blend of herbs and citrus, making it a healthy and delicious choice for your summer BBQ.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 lemons, juiced and zested. 3 cloves of garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped. 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for best flavor. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C and the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional lemon zest and fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy!

Carne Guisada is a traditional Latin American beef stew that tastes great and is great for when you want to feel better. This hearty dish is made by slowly cooking onions, peppers, and a mix of spices.
Ingredients: 2 lbs beef stew meat. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 1 onion, chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 bell pepper, chopped. 1 tomato, diced. 2 cups beef broth. 1/4 cup tomato sauce. 1 tsp cumin. 1 tsp chili powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tbsp all-purpose flour optional, for thickening.
Instructions: Put vegetable oil in a large skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. It will take about 5 to 7 minutes for the beef stew meat to brown on all sides. Cut up the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and tomato into small pieces. It will take about 5 minutes of cooking until the vegetables are soft. Add tomato sauce and beef broth. Pepper, chili powder, cumin, and salt should all be mixed in. Once the mixture starts to simmer, turn down the heat and cover it. Simmer for an hour and a half to two hours, or until the beef is soft. If you want, you can make a slurry by mixing 2 tablespoons of flour with a little water. Add to the sauce that is already simmering to make it thicker. Hot tortillas or rice should go with it. Have fun!

With these adorable heart-shaped cake pops featuring a leopard and zebra print, you can indulge in the wild side of sweetness. They're a delightful and entertaining dessert for any occasion, thanks to the inventive animal prints paired with chocolate cake.
Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 cup water. 1 cup chocolate frosting. White candy melts. Black candy melts. Yellow candy melts. Heart-shaped cake pop mold. Lollipop sticks.
Instructions: As directed by the manufacturer's instructions, bake the chocolate cake. After allowing the cake to cool fully, crumble it into a big bowl. Add chocolate frosting and stir until well combined and the mixture forms spheres. Using the mold, form the mixture into heart shapes, then arrange them on a tray covered with parchment paper. Melt the black, yellow, and white candy in different bowls as directed on the package. Let the excess candy melt drop off after dipping each heart-shaped cake pop into the melted white candy. Make zebra and leopard designs on the white coating by using a toothpick to add black and yellow candy melt spots. After giving each cake pop a lollipop stick, allow them to settle on the tray. To get the desired number of cake pops, repeat the procedure. Your Leopard and Zebra Print Heart Shaped Cake Pops are ready to eat once the candy coating hardens.
