Make these adorable bunny ear macarons to satisfy your sweet tooth and put a smile on your face! These delicate almond-flavored cookies are ideal for special occasions or simply to brighten your day.
Ingredients: 2/3 cup almond flour. 1 cup powdered sugar. 2 large egg whites. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pink food coloring. Black food coloring.
Instructions: Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Sift the almond flour and powdered sugar together in a bowl. Discard any larger almond pieces that remain. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until they become foamy. Gradually add granulated sugar to the egg whites while continuing to whisk. Whisk until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the almond flour mixture into the egg white mixture until fully combined. Add vanilla extract and a few drops of pink food coloring. Gently fold until you achieve a consistent color. Transfer the batter into a piping bag with a small round tip. Pipe small rounds onto the baking sheet to form the base of the macaron. For the bunny ears, pipe two elongated teardrop shapes on top of each round, slightly pulling the batter to create a tapered end. Let the macarons sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to develop a skin. Preheat the oven to 300F 150C. Bake the macarons for 12-15 minutes, until they have risen and the bunny ears are set. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, use a toothpick or fine brush to add small dots for eyes with the black food coloring. Serve and enjoy these adorable DIY Bunny Ear Macarons!

These adorable Cinnamon Spritz Owl Cookies are a delightful treat for kids and adults alike. The buttery, cinnamon-infused dough is pressed into cute owl shapes and adorned with candy eyes, mini chocolate chips, and colorful sugar crystals. They're perfect for parties, holidays, or just as a fun baking project with your loved ones.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon salt. Candy eyes for decoration. Mini chocolate chips for decoration. Colored sugar crystals for decoration.
Instructions: Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Mix the all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, and salt together in a different bowl using a whisk. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a dough forms. Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Add a disc in the shape of an owl to a cookie press. Put the dough into the cookie press and press the cookies onto baking sheets that have not been greased. Press two candy eyes, a mini chocolate chip for the beak, and colored sugar crystals for the feathers into each owl. For 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden, bake the cookies. Let the cookies cool for two minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way. After the Cinnamon Spritz Owl Cookies have cooled, put them in a container that won't let air in.

Champignons Meringues are delightful and whimsical meringue cookies that resemble tiny mushrooms. These sweet treats are crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 3 egg whites. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. Pinch of salt. 1 cup finely chopped walnuts. 1/2 cup shredded coconut.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 225F 110C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a clean, dry mixing bowl, beat the egg whites on medium speed until foamy. Add the cream of tartar and salt, and continue beating until soft peaks form. Gradually add the granulated sugar while beating, and continue to beat until glossy stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the vanilla extract, chopped walnuts, and shredded coconut. Using a piping bag or two spoons, create mushroom cap shapes on the prepared baking sheet. Start with a round base and slightly taper the top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the meringues are dry and crisp. Turn off the oven and let the meringues cool inside with the oven door slightly ajar. Once completely cool, carefully remove the meringues from the parchment paper. Optionally, melt a bit of chocolate and use it to attach small chocolate chips to the tops of the meringues as mushroom stems. Serve and enjoy these adorable Champignons Meringues!
