this is the first time i’m hearing of lilypad, which i’m assuming is lily x sirius. i think it’s quite cute as a ship name but the unsearchiblility and inconsistencies are so annoying. lilyrus/lilirus works well, starlily is cuter and it’s a real plant much like lilypad.

some people argue that changing the order of the names denotes who is topping/playing the more dominant role but it’s so inconsistent that it’s pointless. just using “top!CN” and “bottom!CN” is so much easier.

as for party though i think petticrouch works best as an amalgam name.

remus is always horrible at hiding when the marauders get caught doing something they shouldn't be doing and sirius is the one who plans most of the pranks (he's smart) and gets caught the least (he's smart²) so he feels bad till he just comes in habit of dragging remus away and they simply happen to end up in tiny closets pressed against one another and sirius is wondering if he's going to have to do all the work in their relationship because he KNOWS remus likes him and he's literally pulling remus into closets like how much more obvious can he get and meanwhile remus is like i wish sirius loved me he's so pretty and cool and smart and scary and awesome and perfect unfortunately he's a prince and im a toad so nothing will happen but sigh i would love for him to give me any sign so i can grasp at it and kiss him i love him

I think we, as a fandom, should show more appreciation for Nymphadora Tonks. Her character is one of the most intriguing and fun to explore, especially with her unique metamorphmagus abilities. Plus, she’s so clearly queer-coded—it’s hard not to see her as canonically genderfluid.

But beyond her individuality, there’s her fascinating family dynamic. People often overlook that Tonks is also a Black, and there’s so much depth in exploring her life with Andromeda and Ted, as well as how her heritage shapes her identity.

She was a member of the Order of the Phoenix, a fierce fighter, and a devoted mother, even though she barely had time with Teddy. Tonks was an extraordinary character who deserves far more love and recognition for everything she was and stood for.
