an alternative acronym to MOGAI (marginalized orientations, gender alignments, and intersex). QAI (pronounced kai, but can also be pronounced kwai, or by letter) means "queer (and) adjacent identities."

this acronym is inclusive of anyone who believes it fits. it is also inherently inclusive of those who use subtlidens.

the flag meanings were somewhat inspired by the gilbert baker pride flag, a flag i hold very dear to me.

white stripes: hospitality, peace, finding peace

grey block: respect, inclusion; as well as tolerance of those with identities you don't understand

pink: nurturing, community; fostering your community

lavender: queer history, spirit

red: passion (not inherently of a romantic kind; intended to be passion about one's identity, passion about creating, etcetera), enthusiasm, life

orange: warmth, happiness

yellow: optimism, creativity, joy

green: growth, healing, not letting oppression nor discrimination define you

light blue: freedom, peace, serenity

darker blue: kindness, promoting kindness

here's also an alternative flag, with a dove. at the time of making this flag i wasnt aware it was tied with christianity (or i might have been but simply forgotten as i struggle with amnesia). do be aware this was made by a non-christian , if that bothers you !

the dove represents freedom (more specifically, freedom of identity), destroying binaries, breaking free from the rules that bind queer folk, and resilience.

Caedsexual is a term used by people to describe their experiences with asexuality and trauma. It is a term that can only be used by trauma survivors or those with PTSD, meaning at some point said individual identified as allosexual but has shifted to asexual due to traumatic event(s)

Laesumian is a term on the asexual spectrum, and a form of caedsexual. For someone who feels their sexual attraction is 'damaged' due to past trauma, said person may still feel sexual attraction to some extent, or not at all, but if so it usually feels off. This does not imply survivors are damaged in any way, just some may feel that has happened to their attraction.

They choose not to seek out romance, but no matter what, they somehow find themselves "crushing" on someone for superficial reasons, without feeling actual love or a desire to pursue those feelings. They may long for affection, but their hatred towards romance and other people causes them to have a distaste for romantic relationships. They get into them anyways, thinking it will be different though, almost obsessed with the idea of their romantic fantasy, but they feel little to nothing every time. This can cause these people to be with people that they didn't want to be with in the first place, but they were so busy chasing their fantasy, they lose sight.

They are generally incapable of feeling any romantic attraction past fantasizing about affection and "crushing" on the idea of somebody.
