Wouldn't it be cool if the next protagonist of Life Is Strange was a mind controller and they were a musician. It would be dope if they were genderqueer as well.

In Life is Strange season 1 Rachel Amber was portrayed as being a teen drug addict who was implied to be suicidal and was involved with much older men and some of y'all saw that and immediately labeled Rachel as a "scheming whore" instead of...ya know a trouble teen.

Some of y’all saw this dude let a plane full of people die and later get on the news saying how he could have saved them if he had been there and STILL believed him over a woman.
Finished the first three episodes for season 2 of The Boys and can I just say.
To all the people who called Becca a bitch and whore. That said she was "happy" to see Homelander at the end of season 1 and "scared" of Billy and that she cheated on Billy with Homelander.
FUCK YOU VERY MUCH!

The Boys is truly a work of art y’all. No other TV show will give you a Superman/Captain America expy who has a breast milk fetish AND a Wonder Woman/Xena Warrior Princess expy that’s a depressed lesbian. I’m not being sarcastic either I LOVE this show!
the boys is the only valid tv show. where else are you gonna see simon pegg doing a barely-passable american accent AND karl urban going on a three-minute poetic rant about the spice girls in the same piece of media? nowhere

It really amazes me how many people see a rich person and immediately assume they’re a hands in the dirt hardworking genius. I really think it has to do with the “American Dream” lie that only through a lot of hard-work and being smart will you get rich. When in reality the billionaires in America are just people who had wealthy parents who gave them money to patent an idea that would require labor from others but little work on their part. It’s interesting how something that’s been constantly proven false can still be believed so wholeheartedly. Interesting and sad.
You know what’s a fucking wild revelation? The fact that some Elon Musk fans actually think he’s personally inventing all the products he owns like he’s a super Renaissance man genius or something

One interpretation of Chloe Price that I will never accept is the “She never cared about Max, and only used her to find Rachel.” Don’t get me wrong Chloe during the game can be selfish and unfair with Max a lot at times, but to play all five episodes of the season and walk away with “Chloe didn’t really care about Max” just feels like you either didn’t pay attention to the details of the story or you disliked Chloe so much you overlooked the good sides of her. Chloe may not be the greatest friend to Max at times, but there’s overwhelming evidence that Chloe cares (and loves) Max as much as she cared about and loved Rachel. Chloe kept every memento from their childhood together even though Max hadn’t spoken to her in FIVE YEARS. Most people would have tossed that stuff or left it in storage, but Chloe keeps them in her room. She tells Max in episode three she’s been wanting to leave their hometown ever since Max left. In episode four when Max is like let’s go on a rode trip she’s like “yeah you, me, and Rachel.” Chloe in episode three can tell Max “Rachel reminded me of you when we used to have sleepovers.” Not to mention the other times were Chloe tells Max she isn’t that much different from Rachel who she obviously thinks is amazing. In episode five Chloe CARRIED Max to the lighthouse by herself in a storm, talking to her in encouragement while she did it. If Max sacrifices Chloe, Chloe says “Being together this week was the best farewell gift I could have hoped for, you’re my hero Max.” I know she may have qualities that may put some players off but to be like “Chloe was just a selfish, manipulative person, with no redeeming qualities” is just not true. Lord the developers literally say season 1 is about “the friendship and love between these two girls.” Dislike her all you want and that’s fair, but don’t be blatantly dishonest.

I still can't get over how people played a game about surviving in a world with flesh eating mushrooms but found women being queer and muscular the most unrealistic thing.
#the last of us part 2#just say you hate women and go#but the man pushing 60s still fighting giant zombies is realistic for all

I hope the sound designers of this game got rewarded handsomely.
when playing as Ellie in the sewers it's around the same time as Abby is fighting the Rat King.
If you listen REAL close (w headphones) you can hear what sounds like Rat King screams and gunfire traveling through the sewers from Ground Zero.

Hey guys! I recently did this promo art for QUEST, a streamlined, story-focused tabletop RPG funding now on Kickstarter. If the project happens I’ll be doing illustrations for the entire game book!!! Definitely check it out and, if you’re so inclined, help us make something really cool!
