hmm ... i see a lot of jirais out in public and as a jirai dresser myself the most community i've seen is the eye contact and the smile to be honest sob ... i don't have much irl jirai friends but i hope to soon ... yes , there are j-fashion/jirai communities . i just don't know where to find them 😭 idk about western countries , the furthest i've been from my country is japan /srs
