I don't finish ANY art I ever do so I'm punishing myself by uploading this never ending project of Créa's winter ranger outfits. I started this in 2020 on a whim and each winter I go "I should finish that". And then I DON'T. even now i wanna work on it but no. top version were the early iterations and the bottom is the later ones. i have more ideas but these were all i had done atm...so have some rough concepts

Lothrandir and {player} walk in to Isengard together but are quickly separated. {Player} escapes Isengard, but Lothrandir remains captive for many weeks, held at the mercy of the Wizard Saruman.

Ingek73 found this lovely 2018 duplex condo in St. Anna, a neighborhood in the city of Nijmegen, Gelderland. It has 1bd 1.5ba, but it's so spacious, and there're 2 lofts. Listed for € 460,000 /$517,100. But, like any condo, there's an HOA fee - € 174.00 / $195.61mo.

Look at how much light it gets. I really like this beautiful terrace is right outside the main living space.

The terrace overlooks your large garden.

There's room for a small library area under the loft, on the way to the kitchen.

Part of the kitchen is narrow, but it's so sleek.

You can see the 2 lofts from here.

The smaller one has a skylight, and it's set up as a home office, but I think that it could be a bedroom, if needed. I would have the floor extended out a few ft. and leave the ladder where it is.

The bath is a good size.

If you only have one bath, it's best to have a separate toilet like this.

There're the stairs to the bigger loft, which is the bedroom.

Two nice skylights and plenty of room.

So I wouldn’t consider myself an expert on drawing clothes yet, I still have a lot to learn… BUT some people were curious if I had any “drawing clothing” tips, so I threw together some things that I try to remember and apply when I���m drawing modern outfits. It’s very sloppy and I’m sure I misspelled some words but maybe it can help someone with a lightbulb moment. My biggest advice is to also study how clothes are put together, where the seams go, how that can vary, how it affects structure, etc.
