It’s a small cog in the wheel, as it is a precursor to the privatization of all MUNICIPAL services. Another massive amount of changes not thought of.

Now, the reason and whole system and the way every single aspect has been anti democratic, the naming of each JURISDICTION, is not set in stone. Higgs believes that no one else will see it, but they left this approach purposely hanging giving the people the perception of “you guys should name your own municipalities”. But Blaine, you already named every single municipality, and you did it like we are just numbers. I waited for the first time in my life to see if anyone else would get there.
