1 whipped egg white (17 calories)

2 tbsp brown sugar stevia (0 calories)

1/2 tsp of cinnamon (3 calories)

1 tsp vanilla/maple extract (0 calories)

143 calories for the entire batch

(Can make up to 8 mini pancakes)

(about 17 calories each)
