How To Stop Procrastinating FAST!
Hi guys, some of you have been asking me how come I always manage the time I spend studying in med school, modeling and also blogging. The answer to this would probably be my attempt to stop procrastination, and let me tell you something, for now, itâs going okay. So here are some tips Iâve gathered for you today:
1. Sort your priorities! It is utterly important to make a list, it can either be a physical, written down list or one in your head (this usually works for me). It doesnât matter what the list looks like as long as it contains all of the tasks you have to get done. For me, itâs usually the task of the greatest importance, such as an Anatomy text or some other school work and then it is followed by my blog and instagram and leisure time comes at very last. Now I know that once you are finally home it is hard to resist netflix and youtube, but save those for reward once youâre finished. Trust me, itâs going to be so much better this ways. 2. Make a plan Once you have sorted out your priorities, make a plan, once again, either a physical or a mental one on HOW are you going to reach your final goal. think of WHEN are you going to have time to do everything youâve planned to do. Making a plan means to manage your time efficiently. This might sound confusing, but what I mean by that is for instance, when I have a lunch break, I will use that time to post an instagram picture or even respond to some emails so I get it off my mind. This way, I will cross off another thing from my list and have a clearer mind and more time left for studying. 3. Break big tasks into smaller pieces I canât stress enough how important it is to do so. It is so intimidating to have one enormous task at the back of your mind for days without end before giving up because it seems so discouraging. However, the good thing is that every task can be broken into smaller pieces. Think of the ways you can do it. For instance, writing a big essay, all at one sitting may seem scary, but if you break it into pieces such as; exploring the topic, brainstorming and then focusing on introduction and separately on the body and conclusion. 4. Just do it Seriously, if you overthink it, you are never going to do it. So donât think. Just do it. Just sit down, and start, I know you can do it cutie!! 5. Take small breaks This has to be my fav one, but every half an hour, or a full hour, whatever works for you, take breaks, even eat something, itâs so much better than sitting for three hours desperately waiting for everything to end. 6. Focus on one thing at a time It is so poisonous to be doing one thing, constantly worrying about the other because A) it means you are not going to be able to finish the first thing as fast and B) it leads to overthinking and this one is certainly not good, so just take everything easy 7. Once youâre finished itâs done One thing that always motivates me is telling myself that once Iâm finished with an essay, or whatever I am working on, itâs done, the end. This way you will get to finish the task faster. So cuties, this is it for today, Iâm wishing you all the best. Love ya all! Also follow me on instagram: @megarielle

How To: Stay Productive During Summer
Hi guys, summer is still here and I know some of you are going back to school, but some of you have quite a bit of summer left. I know that after a long relaxing break my batteries are recharged and my mind is ready for new tasks, but thereâs nothing left for me to do than wait. So hereâs how you can conquer those empty days: 1. Learn a new language Learning a new language is not so easy, especially if you are willing to do it by yourself. Luckily, there are apps and online courses that can help you along the way. But one thing is sure, it is going to take a great chunk out of your time. Iâve already made a whole entire post dedicated to this so, please, if you want some more information, go here. 2. Start journaling Art journals, bullet journals, just regular journals. Literally anything. All you need is a notebook of some sort and a pen and thatâs it. Write your thoughts, small goals, lists, affirmations, make plans for next school year. Even try making it really pretty so you stay consistent. 3. Find a topic, then learn EVERYTHING about it For me, that was yoga. Of course, it can be anything that youâre interested in. From reading tarot cards and horoscope to finding out more about Greek culture. Whatever it is, learn as much as you can about it. Explore. Find books. Watch documentaries. Just stay educated. 4. Learn calligraphy Why not? It is so fun, and I swear, itâs gonna take up so much of your time itâs crazy. 5. Learn how to cook Youâre learning, plus, youâre learning something than can come in really handy. Try baking and learn how to make cookies, cakes, etc. Maybe this is not THE MOST productive thing to learn, but surely, it is fun. 6. Work on bettering yourself Among all of these tips, this one is by far the most important one. All of your life, the only person youâre going to be with 100% of the time is you. So make yourself worth hanging out with. It is utterly important to have a great relationship with yourself and now that you have time, you can do so. Read books, watch documentaries and learn how to meditate. Your future self will thank you. So these are all the tips I have for you today. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. And donât forget to follow me on instagram: @megarielle

I'm so happy when I see you guys leaving comments like this. It makes my day â¤
How to learn a new language FAST!
Hi guys! Recently people have been asking me how come I am fluent in so many languages. And although I find this compliment to be very flattering, I do feel the urge to share my best tips with you guys. So I speak around 6 languages, but I am completely fluent in English, Croatian and Italian which always seem to interest people the most. Learning a new language does take time, but hopefully with these tips, you will be able to do it a lot faster! 1. START OUT BY LEARNING A LANGUAGE CLOSE TO YOUR OWN For instance, if you are from Spanish speaking area, you might want to start off by learning Portuguese or Italian since all those languages have a similar sound and sentence structure. This way learning process might go a bit faster. 2. BE CONSISTENT
For best results, try leaving out at least 10 minutes or so every day to do something in that language. It can be something as simple as listening a song, even listening someone speak. Just be consistent and I promise you, you will find yourself understanding the language algorithm in no time.
3. LISTEN TO OTHER PEOPLE SPEAK
It literally doesnât matter if you understand or have no idea what the heck are they talking about. When I first started learning Italian, I just spent hours watching one Italian movie after the other and God knows I didnât understand a thing, but I begin to understand the way they formed the sentences and noticed the way they repeated same words but in different context. This is a very important tip because every language has that part that can not be translated, nor explained, only understood by Italian speakers. So just find youtubers, movies or podcasts in language you want to learn and take our dictionary with you and listen. 4. LEARN A FEW WORDS EVERY DAY Itâs not that hard, really. There are also app to help you (such as Duolingo). Pick a few words and think of a way to make a sentence out of that word. Then try turning that word in an adverb and then try using that in a sentence. For instance, if you were to learn English and your word of choice was âbeautifulâ use it first as an adjective: âThis apple is beautiful.â Then use it as an adverb: âShe drew his portrait beautifully.â This way you will learn a few words that go together and be closer to understanding the language structure. Also, start simple. start off by learning the most common and the simplest everyday sentences. 5. SPEAK It doesnât matter if youâre bad or lacking words, just speak. It is important to use what youâve learned and practice it. Find someone to speak with. Internet is a huge place and you will find someone to speak with you. Even better if you find a native speaker (who knows, maybe they come to your town as a tourist?) since they will probably be willing to correct your mistakes and you will learn something from them. 6. WRITE This goes with the previous one. If you donât have anyone to speak with, then write. You will practice your vocabulary and challenge yourself to learn the words that are missing to form a good sentence. 7. DO NOT FOCUS ON GRAMMAR
Grammar will come, focus on vocabulary first. Grammar will come as you begin understanding the language itself. So it takes time, but listen to songs, watch movies and try reading books in that language.
8. HAVE FUN Enjoy yourself. Learning a new language is such a noble thing to do. You will have your mind so much more open and you will be richer for another experience. Also, if you need help with anything, I will be more than glad to help you. My askbox is always open. Good luck.

How To Stop Binge Eating
Hi lovelies! So I've wanted to make a post about a topic very close to me. Binge eating is something I've been strugling with for years and I know how horrible - and annoying - it can get to feel like you can't take control over your own actions. This is something that I still feel uncomfortable talking about, but the first step to fixing your problem would be to admit to yourself you have one. I genuinely hope this post is going to help at least one of you. Seriously, if it does, it is going to mean so much to me. But I also want this to serve as a reminder that I will read it each time I feel like I might loose control. Also, if you ever need someone to talk to, just come and say hi, I'm always here. 1. Accept and forgive As I've already mentioned, I truly believe this is the first step you have to take before you're ready to help yourself. You are the only person that can help you, yes, I can guide you and nudge you towrds the path you desire to take, but if you don't have the right mindset to succeed, you're not going to. Remember that the same mindset that created the problem is not the one that is going to solve it! 2. Do not starve yourself A thing that I would always do - and still sometimes do - is I would starve myself for as long as I could take it and once I would start eating, I just wouldn't be able to stop myself. So always, always, always eat at least 3 meals a day. Your body is smarter than you, it will find ways to get the nutrients and calories it needs to function so never skip on food. Also, fasting puts you in a mindset that its okay to eat a little bit more than usual because you hadn't eaten but it only leades you to binging. 3. Always put a decent amount of food on your plate I know this sounds scary, it is to me at least, but try it. Whenever I prepare myself a small, very restrictive meal, it makes me think it's okay to eat a little bit more as a reward and it leads to binging. So rather put a bit more on your plate, it is going to scare you, but at lest you will now how much you had eaten. 4. Do not reward yourself with food Food is not something to live for. You are not a slave. I am not a slave. Food is here to serve us and our bodies, not the other way around. 5. THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP!!!! Feel the binge I know this might sound odd, but do not distract yourself. Problems always demand to be felt. You can distract yourself all you want, but the problem is still going to be there. So if you want to solve it just let it come and feel it, every single bit of it. It is going to be hard, this is the hardest part of getting over it, I think. So just sit and let the emotions come but do not eat. Try at least. And if you find yourself losing control again, it's okay as well. You're just learning, it's going to get better, I promise. And know that you are never, ever alone. If anything, I'm here Lots of love, Maggie
