TFOne Dratchet AU doodles!

Because cogless Ratchet and cogless Drift are kinda young, they are a bit more open with their affection but also very clumsy about it.

Ratchet is reserved, because he always has half his brain processor running on medbay duty and assessing damages so it seems like he is zoning out and not paying attention when he already has your medical report planned out and medicine ready to be administered. He has a much bigger cavity where his T-cog should be compared to others of his frame type. Reasons unknown, but he is kinda bothered by it. His hands are smaller, more delicate than others, which makes him perfect for medical duty even as a cogless. He was quite taken by Drift's unusually colored optics. Before Drift started annoying pursuing him and appearing in the medibay he was a little lonely especially when he noticed how the other miners formed pairs to be with and hang out. In a way he was envious of Orion Pax and D-16, because a doctor's work was always solitary.

Drift is affectionate and handsy because he knows what he wants and intrusive thoughts often win when it comes to Ratchet. He has some ventilation system troubles ever since he came online which results in dizzy episodes and panic attacks and no one really has any idea what might be causing it. It also causes him to heat up easily. Whenever he puts his servos on some paint, he makes murals in abandoned corridors or alleys. His paintings always fills him with nostalgic feelings even though he has no memories of a life before the Primes where alive... He has Gasket to keep him company in his team, but he can feel an unknown gravitation towards Ratchet - whether it be for the care the mech has been showing him, or his soft voice, he isn't sure. But as much as he adores Ratchet's caring attitude, he really hates when the doctor isn't taking care of his own needs.

They have a good relationship right until Sentinel is killed and they get their cogs back...

...together with memories of a life before the fall of the Primes.

TFOne Dratchet AU but Ratchet is very tired of Orion's shenanigans and Dee is there to make sure his BF has both arms again.

And before anyone is worried that the good Doctor is left alone, Drift had his Ratchet-is-getting-lonely senses tingling, so he arrives to save the day.

(drift: you're rusting at every joint gasket: but isn't that doctor chummy with the cops? we're literal thieves??)

started with the headcanon that drift hung around the clinic like a feral wet cat for a while, then halfway through shading these, I started thinking, what if deadlock was an especially reliable assassin because he knew what kind of damage would make sure that even the best of the best couldn't bring you back

The finally is here! A lovely resolution to all that angst in the last part.

I may be done with this comic but I still have that dratchet itch to scratch. If any of you have suggestions, I'll be glad to hear them!
