Was super excited to receive my first Lush order in awhile but it was delivered and left outside in a snow storm and this happened!! The bubble bars and bath bomb are completely waterlogged and crumbly 😢 This is my first ever damaged package from Lush UK and they were so nice about sending me replacement items so crisis averted for the most part. Also it’s really not their fault my mail person left it outside in the snow so I’m super grateful for their awesome customer service! Only downside is Whole Lotta Love is now sold out online so they asked if I wanted something else of equal value with my other replacements. I’m getting a Madame President instead, which is still exciting! Just a little sad I missed Whole Lotta Love because I was sooo ready to take beautiful pics of it 😍
