Please log into any fucking online predominantly male space and look at how they talk about women. Fucking look at it. And then realise how nutso it is to demand that women don't make joking posts about hating men. Men have no such qualms about jokingly ironically or seriously hating women in ways you can't even fucking imagine lmfao

One of the most frustrating things about the right to repair movement is that a lot of its proponents will not only insist that advocating for accessible design is a meaningless distraction from the “real” fight, but straight up argue against accessible design as a concept.
Like, bro, you think Apple uses six imperceptibly different sizes of screws to hold an iPad together for fun and games? You think Microsoft hides critical settings under four layers of submenus that change every time there’s a major update because they’re having a laugh? Inaccessible design is one of the cornerstones of corporate strategies to obstruct the right to repair.
I just can’t fathom the level of cognitive dissonance that lets a person champion the ability to modify and repair your own hardware and software as a basic human right, then turn around and tell anybody who suggests that maybe we should make it easier for non-experts to actually exercise that right to git gud.
(I often suspect the real problem is that the right to repair movement has substantial overlap with the open source movement, and the open source movement is full of gatekeeping dipshits who think you ought to need a fucking diploma to be allowed to own a computer.)

“Men want to beat me. I play men, six, seven hours a day. Men… they do not beat me.”
- Masako “Katsy” Katsura, first woman to compete for a world’s title in billiards
The “First Lady of Billiards” learned from her brother-in-law and in the 50s became Japan’s only female billiards pro. She paved the way for women to come, then left the spotlight and lived a quiet life. She died in 1995.

the feminine urge to rip your own skin off your face and hands because it feels as if you are the most unloveable creature to walk earth and that you are cursed to be a vile and miserable little cretin who exists only for the universe to amuse itself witnessing your torment
