カフェバス ー 自由ヶ丘 Cafe Bus Muraccio in Jiugaoka .. Found this cute little cafe while shopping around Jiugaoka today. I had an iced cinnamon apple latte and my friend had a sparkling iced tea. Both of the drinks were so refreshing! 抹茶パフェ Matcha parfait .. Can you tell that I love matcha? This parfait had matcha ice cream, matcha mochi, matcha jello, and matcha syrup. It also had regular mochi, soft cream, layered with corn flakes. Japan really knows how to make their parfaits! I paired it with drip coffee with cream. Tsukiji Fish Market/ Daiwa Sushi 築地魚市場/大和寿司 .. Woke up at 4:30am this morning to go down to the famous fish market in Tokyo. It was the best and freshest sushi I've ever had. It just melted in your mouth 😋🍣 If you're in Japan (and love fish) this is the place to go! You can actually see the tuna auction with or without tours groups, but be prepared to wake up even earlier as they start around 3 or 4am! Around 5:30am is when the restaurants and stores start to open. I arrived at around 6am and there was still a line for sushi! The wait could range from 30min-1hr, but it is totally worth the wait. Huevos Rancheros with Green chile .. I've tried it, Barack Obama has tried it, and we both love it! Located around a historic neighborhood, it screams comfort food. This coffeehouse is a one-stop place to bring family from out of town, grab some local food made freshly in-house, and browse some local arts and souvenirs, with the gift shop attached next door. ..
