Even tho I do Pilates and like 3 more workouts every day, I don’t feel enough cause I don’t know how much calories I burned.

new wl plan just dropped?? hear me out. 2 ppl start a diet together like the abc diet or smth, and if one of them fails a single day both people have to restart the diet from the beginning
id get SKINNY. i hate disappointing others. wouldn’t mess up a DAY.

Right now my body overall looks skinnier than before, but my stomach….
It’s really round and simply looks weird in comparison to everything else. I do workout everyday till I can’t and my daily limit is <1000 cal
If it’s bloating, how do I make it go away?

How to eat less calories on holiday’s:
Pick a spoonful of foods that you usually like and prefer (obviously try to go for salads and meats)
EAT SLOWLY
if people around you are talking while eating - be active in conversation. Don't focus on food!!!
Only drink water/diet sodas/tee/ sugar free juice
When you finished with food, take a 10 minute break and think about what you ate, how hungry are you, what foods were lowest in calories.
If you are still hungry take some more food. Be mindful about portions.
Try not to get dessert - If you do, than eat less normal food!
Eat less and exercise next day
