Día 4/15 sin cenar superado ✅.
He empezado por fin a correr en la cinta otra vez. Se siente genial hacerlo y saber que acabas exhausta.

Día 3/15 superado ✅
Este día me costó más porque me sentí cansada para hacer ejercicio. Llovía mucho y no podía tampoco salir a andar.
Al final ande media hora en la cinta de correr y quemé 200 kcal. Comí un total de 600.
