Making a habit
I made this blog to show my progress and be accountable to some force other than me.
So far I have been spermatic at best. However alll of last month I did daily calisthenics and though I haven’t lost wait I have seen a benifit in my muscular insurance and fram of mind.
This month I have been doing a few 30 day challenges I haven’t been perfect in completeing them but I have done it every day so far ( 8/9/18) from the first.
Adding in unwanted shoulder shrugs and neck exercises. My goal for the rest of the month is to do them and post daily.
With which I completed (✅)or partialed (🆗) or not at all (🚫).
My weekly weight in lbs.
My weekly waist size
And my diet of the day.
I hope it’ll get me more support and help me make better progress.

Said goodbye to 75lbs and hello to: my clothes fitting like they should, my collar bone, a normal BMI and feeling good about myself for the first time ever✌️ I cut out grains, starches and sugar and replaced it all with veggies - my workout is having a toddler 😂
