Even though the Bay ending is not my preferred ending, I've always had a precise idea in mind of what would have happened to Max after that. How she would have looked, what she would have done with her life... And I've always wanted to write a fic about it. But I feel like Double Exposure has taken that away. I feel like now I can never really sit down and write that story I had in mind, because it will always be tainted, somehow.
