would you accept hocus pocus?

Hocus Pocus would fit perfectly into All Hallow’s Eve village so I’m going to say yes. However with Dani, Max, and Allison; it might be harder to incorporate them into this world. But The Sanderson sisters, Binx, and Emily ( who would have to be aged up ) would fit perfectly since they are originally from the 1600′s.

Are we able to apply for characters who don’t have their own palace on the locations page?

If they are canonly royalty but don’t have their own kingdom or palace; they will be considered dukes or duchesses in another kingdom. This was just to make sure there wasn’t an overwhelming amount of kingdoms. Well. More than there is.
