*Azula and Sokka are making out in the Fire Palace*
*Their siblings round the corner*
Katara: What the-!
Zuko: *Shrieks*
Azula: Do you think they see us?
Sokka: Yes, but it's funnier if we pretend they don't
Azula: I love you
Zuko: We can still hear you
Sokka: But you can't see us
Katara: Sokka!

November 28: Sokkla is Painful for Zuko –OR– Free Day
Kim Possible - So the Drama AU
It´s the last Sokkla Saturday. I really enjoyed this event a lot and decided to write something that is very special for me.
There is this scene in Kim Possible - So the Drama. They are in a tree house and Ron says something to Kim. That was always so beautiful to me. It was also a new change to their relationship.
I felt like writing something similar about Sokkla, seeing Kim Possible is my favorite show and Sokkla my OTP. Plus, Ron and Sokka have some similarities, I always say and like that. I used some elements from Kim Possible, but not everything is from it of course. Turned out longer than I thought. I really like it, hope you guys enjoy reading it too. It is not perfect and a little blunt. But the last part is the most important for me. It also became more Sokka-Centric I guess?
And yes, I watched Brother Bear again=´D

As Long As We’re Together - Sokkla Saturdays 2024
Day 9 - Power: Deep Feelings, Part 2
Sequel of last week.
FF.net & AO3
Mature Content. The word count took it's course. This needed to be long, so hopefully it's okay. I hope today makes up for the „almosts“ from last week.;)
Last Sokkla Saturday of this year. It's my favorite time of the year and I'm thrilled every time. @sokklasaturdays I want to thank you guys for planning and holding this event. Can't wait for the next one! And thanks to everybody supporting my work and for the nice words. <3
Two days.
Two days have passed since she last saw him and cried in his arms. Since the most painful goodbye she's ever experienced.
The palace felt empty, the garden lonely. Sokka's absence was profoundly felt. Azula missed him fiercely. She felt the missing deep in her bones. They grew into each other’s hearts in such a short amount of time. She wondered if she ever felt warmth before he entered her life. She could barely remember how life had been prior going to Shu Jing and spending time with Sokka.
Dusk arrived and Azula was walking through the palace corridors not even knowing where she was going anymore. Unfocused as she was, she didn't notice the ajar door. It was her study room.
A hand darted out and grabbed her arm to pull her inside the room. Before she could react she came face to face with a guard. Only, this person wasn't a regular guard. The Royal Family Guards didn't have blue eyes. They didn't have a wolf tail.
Eyes wide, Azula wasn't sure if this was a dream or not. Sokka was standing in front of her. The man she madly fell in love with.
Sokka.
"Sokka, you ... what are you ..."
"I came for you." he said smiling and coming closer.
Azula smiled back and threw her arms around him hugging him tightly. He instantly wrapped his arms around her body, holding her close and caressing her long hair with one hand.
She couldn't believe that he actually came. It was unexpected.
"How did you get this?" she asked pulling away and pointing at his guard uniform.
"I know someone in the city." he answered still smiling. "I didn't interact with other guards, it was just to sneak in without getting noticed."
Azula knew her smile must have taken half her face. But she didn't care. She leaned closer and looked up at him.
"I can't believe it Sokka. I ..." she paused, not knowing how to form words. "
"I couldn't do it Azula. I felt lost and alone without you. I can’t just go back to my tribe." Sokka said.
"I love you Azula."
She was a mess. A blushing, teary-eyed, happy mess.
"Where are you staying?" Azula asked.
"The house we used to stay in with my parents and sister when we came here." he said.
“You still remember this city then?” she asked.
“It has been several years since we last visited as you know.” he winked, “But yes, I do remember the city.”
“When did you come?”
“This morning. It took me a little time. I met an old friend here who organized this uniform and helped with the everything else.” Sokka explained.
“I should thank this friend of yours then.” Azula said.
Sokka laughed.
“What’s his name?” she pressed on the word his.
“How are you so sure they‘re a his?” Sokka asked smirking.
Azula suddenly grew uncomfortable.
Sokka laughed and caressed her cheek.
“You have nothing to worry about Azula. He is a he.” He enjoyed her jealousy. It brought something fascinating out of her. It made him want to kiss her until he got lost in her taste.
They stared into each other’s eyes for a while. Taking in the beauty of them, the details.
Azula leaned in more and Sokka kissed her then. Slowly, gently. She replied and their world felt good again.
It was tender and mending. Like a need they didn’t know they craved.
All they wanted was to stay like this and never let go. But they had to. Azula grew aware of footsteps outside in the halls. Someone might come in.
"Sokka." Azula pulled away breathlessly.
"Huh." Sokka replied, out of breath himself.
Azula just wanted to snuggle at him and forget everything else.
"My father's meeting will end anytime now. We can't stay here like this Sokka I'm sorry." she told him sadly.
"I understand." he said smiling sadly. As much as he would like to argue and stay, he wouldn't risk her getting in trouble now when so many people were in the palace for the meeting.
"I'll come tomorrow." she said.
……..
Azula smiled the whole evening. She went to her room, changing into her sleeping robe with her usual ponytail.
The warmth inside her deepened now that Sokka was in this city. She still couldn't believe he came for her. She felt bad for sending him away, it took her so much willpower. But with so many generals and admirals around it would have been risky. Sometimes Azula was summoned too. She wondered if she should have just locked the door to her study room until it was night and met him there again.
A knock on the door startled her out of her thoughts.
"Yes?"
The door opened and a guard came in a rush. With one hand he took off the mask and closed the door with the other.
“Sokka?!”
“Don’t worry, nobody saw me.” he grinned.
When Azula smiled back, Sokka was relieved that she accepted him in her room. Upon her glancing at the door lock, he locked it and walked up to her.
He took one of her bangs into his hand stroking it until his palm rested on her cheek. She leaned in closing her eyes for a moment.
Normally they talked a lot. Joking around leisurely. But right now, they needed the nearness of their bodies. The emotions were so intense that simple words couldn't keep up.
Sokka’s eyes travelled down her body. His gaze was lovely and intense at the same time. Only then did Azula realize that she was in her sleeping robe, with nothing but her undergarment.
“I saw you once like this.” Sokka blurted out, sensing her unease.
“I mean, you were covered with a blanket, so I only saw your ponytail and shoulder.” Sokka blushed now.
He was an idiot wasn’t he? What if she misunderstood now?
“What?” Azula asked clearly confused.
“I… when we had an argument in Piandao’s mansion. I didn’t see you that evening, so I was worried and came to check on you. You were tucked in bed asleep. I couldn’t help and neared the bed and watched you.” Sokka told her.
When Azula didn’t reply he grew nervous.
“I left although I didn’t want to. It was just for a minute.” He said swallowing hard.
“That’s okay Sokka.” she smiled.
“Azula.”
“Yes.”
Their voices so low, if they weren’t standing close, they might have missed it.
“That was when I became sure that I fell in love with you.” Sokka said earnestly.
Breathing felt difficult for Azula.
“I am in love you Azula.” Sokka confessed. “I never want a day without you.”
“Me too.” Azula said. She felt her eyes tearing up. “I love you Sokka.”
Sokka didn’t know how much he needed her to say those words.
They kissed the second time that day. Azula’s hands worked on Sokka’s armor, needing to take it off. He complied, it felt uncomfortable anyway.
The kiss intensified all tongues and desperation. Azula fisted his shirt and Sokka’s hands moved up and down her back.
But she needed more. She wanted him to rip away her robe. She wanted his shirt gone so that they could feel each other’s skin.
Azula moaned into the kiss and reached to take off Sokka’s shirt. He understood her needs. When he came to her room, he didn’t intend to take things far. He just needed to be in her presence, no matter what they were doing or not doing. This was unplanned, but his body reacted. Azula’s moan took things in another direction. He wanted to take off her robe the way she took off shirt, but he needed to make sure that was really what she wanted.
Their hands became desperate for more, when Azula touched his bare chest and Sokka’s went to her sides and then lower.
“Azula.” Sokka tried to say in between heated kisses.
It took him all the strength he had to stop kissing her. He pulled away to look into her eyes. A hand rising up to her cheek.
“Azula, even though I can hardly wait, are you sure you want this?” he asked so gently, Azula might have cried then and there.
“We’ve got time. We can wait. I can wait until you are readier or until we engage or marry.”
Azula swallowed hard. Not only was it exciting for him to be patient, but the indirect way he confirmed this was to last forever, and that he is committed was the world for her.
If it had been somebody else, she would never be sure. But she was sure of Sokka. From the first moment she realized she was falling in love with him, she was sure it would be him or nobody. Just the same as it was for him. For Sokka, it was Azula or no one. And only for her he would go this far.
“I am sure Sokka. I want this. I want you to make me yours and for you to be mine forever.” Azula said.
“I am already yours Azula.” he confessed.
Sokka carried her to the bed, bridal side. Azula pulled him over her instantly and joined their lips again. It felt too good. The wetness of their mouths. His weight atop her body, his manly scent.
But it was going to feel even better. Sokka kissed her jawline and went to her neck, then her cleavage. He always kissed first and then let his tongue travel the spot gently. His hands played with the ribbon of her robe until it loosened. Azula thought her heart was about to burst out of her chest. When he was done taking off her robe, he smiled sweetly, as she started breathing heavily.
Unbeknownst to her, Sokka wasn’t having an easy time. Love, lust, passion and affection all mixed to together.
“You are beautiful.” he managed to whisper. And took to caressing and kissing her body softly. Meanwhile Azula still tried to breathe.
Her underwear was gone and Sokka gifted her with the first pleasure that night. With her being a moaning mess, grabbing his now undone hair and her pillow. She bit her hand to keep her voice at bay. Thankfully, the rooms in the palace lay at good distances from each other.
Even after that, Sokka made sure if Azula wanted to keep going or not. He didn’t need to ask. Azula wanted this. She wanted him. She wanted him since Shu Jing. How often did she dream of his strong arms around her. To feel his breath on her skin.
Sokka‘s clothes were gone and when he climbed atop her again, he took the blanket behind his back and covered up as if trying to hide themselves and their mutual pleasure from the rest of the world.
Azula clawed at his back, he held her on her hip and his other hand fisted the bedsheet as love and lust became one. After watching her at the start to see how she reacted, he buried his face into her neck next, kissing her occasionally. Azula‘s mouth pressed to his shoulder.
Sokka was so gentle, yet so intense with everything he did. It felt magical. Kisses, moans, groans, and names were exchanged until there was tight hugging when they reached their peaks. First Azula. Sokka kissed her reassuringly while she came. Then it was his turn, and he buried his face into her neck again, trying to keep his groan as low as possible. Which was yet another pleasure for Azula.
Azula’s trembling slowed down, when Sokka’s started. She ran her hand up and down his back and arms. Gentle kisses made them both calm down. They lay side by side after Sokka gently pulled out. His hands were around her, caressing her back and she caressed his lips with her thumb. Smiles on their faces.
He didn’t let go of her as they cuddled the night away.

What is your theory about how the curse on Jacks broke?
Jacks's love for Evangeline broke the curse. Jacks is in love with Evangeline, as in she is his true love.
I don't have the exact paragraphs in hand right now, but it is implied and even slightly confirmed/hinted that Jacks never fell in love with anyone other than Evangeline. It's the first time he truly loved a woman and thus, both his and her love for him broke the curse. Because it is stated several times in the Caraval world, that true love is capable of breaking curses.
I also like to believe that no other woman fell for him the way his Little Fox did.
Another thing that confirms that he didn't love anyone else is, when he had the stones, he turned back time to save Evangeline. He had lots of moments he could go back to, but his only priority was his Little Fox.
The Ballad of the Archer and the Fox (I don't like this at all) but it's there because for one it adds to the poetic and magical style of the books and to show, that the first time Jacks kissed someone, was the time when he was still human and also the first time he killed with his kiss. Aurora put the spell on him back then and thus he became the Prince of Hearts. The Archer story exists to show the beginning of the "birth" of Prince of Hearts and not a love story.
Also, I was expecting the first Evajacks kiss mindblowing... and more scenes with them afterwards...

As Long As We’re Together - Sokkla Saturdays 2024
Day 8 - Dreams: Deep Feelings, Part 1
FF.net & AO3
A sequel will follow next week. ;)
Four years have passed since the last time he left his tribe. Four years since he last visited the Fire Nation. Despite it all, Sokka got used to his time in Shu Jing. As a gift for his birthday, Kya and Hakoda arranged a trip to the scenic town. It has been Sokka’s dream to learn the art of sword fighting.
Hakoda knew Piandao personally. The Water Tribe Chief visited the Fire Nation on occasion, for trading and projects that involved both nations.
Weeks passed and Sokka’s lessons neared the end. The practices intensified. Piandao was disciplined, wise and friendly. He was impressed by how fast Sokka progressed.
Everything has been worthwhile on the island. Sokka missed his family, but he still enjoyed his time in Shu Jing. He knew from the start that he would give his best to master new skills.
What Sokka never expected though was to fall in love. Especially with her.
At some point, the most beautiful, complicated, and deep woman he ever met arrived to Piandao’s mansion. Life has not been the same since that day.
Princess Azula was Piandao’s guest. Fire Lord Ozai tasked her with working on the base of the newest project with one of his most trusted allies: Piandao himself.
Sokka’s world changed the minute Princess Azula set foot on Piandao’s mansion.
At the beginning, things seemed easy. Sokka knew her from their previous visits to the capital. Their families had dinner and worked together. Years passed and both Azula and Sokka matured, and spending time in the same place for so long was different.
She surprised him by accepting his hand when he greeted her in the garden. After that, things started to become spirited. Very often Piandao found them involved in heated arguments. At some point he gave up trying to slow them down and went for a walk.
Once, they quarreled seriously. Sokka said harsh things as defense to her harsh words. Their relationship changed after that fight. They talked it out and formed a new connection, which surprised Piandao. From that day on, they talked more, ate together, walked around town. Sokka even showed her his word skills and they shared some fighting stances with each other.
They got used to each other’s company. And without their awareness, they grew close.
Today, upon waking up Azula was disappointed to find out Sokka was gone. Apparently he went to buy groceries with Fat.
Azula paced around the garden when they finally came back. Sokka carried bags, his muscled arms flexing.
“Good morning Azula.” he greeted her white a smirk. He clearly noticed her staring.
“You took long.” she said.
“Don’t worry. I am back now, you can stare at me as long as you want.” he winked.
“I was just looking at the many bags. Did you buy the whole market by any chance?” she said, trying to hide her mild embarrassment.
He laughed softly, “I bought your favorite fruits.”
Azula smiled at that. She was ever so amazed by the little things he noticed on her.
“You want to train today?” Sokka asked her.
“Yeah, I already started warming up.” she replied.
Suddenly Fat joined their conversation with something Azula didn’t like at all.
“Princess, you might have competition. We took longer today because girls were asking him for favors.” he said.
Fat liked the princess and often made fun of her and Sokka, as long as her guards weren’t around of course.
Azula’s insides twisted at his declaration. She hoped the anger she felt wasn’t seen on her face. She turned to Sokka with blazing eyes, who looked incredibly pleased. It took willpower not to slap him. He was clearly enjoying her reaction.
“You know girls here?” Azula asked distasteful, “Are they your friends?”
“Yes, they are. Since I came here, I spend time with them when our ways cross. They get happy when they see me.”  he told her smiling.
Fat took the bags and walked inside the mansion, after tossing the bait at her.
“Good to know.” Azula smiled sarcastically. “I’ll do my training alone, you can go play with your precious friends.”
Before she could turn around, Sokka took a wide step and stood directly in front of her. He sensed her anger was about to turn into hurt, and he wouldn’t allow that.
“Hey now. Don’t tell me you are jealous of children playing ball and asking me to join them when I walk past.” he said smiling.
Azula knew she couldn’t hide her embarrassment now. That bastard had tricked her. But she was relieved. Her tension was going away.
“I wasn’t jealous. You think too highly of yourself.” She pushed him away by his chest and turned around. But Sokka took her hand and whirled her around, so that she came face to face with him. He didn’t let go of her hand, which was behind her back now.
“You are jealous princess. I know. Admit it.”
“How are you so sure of that? Why would I be jealous of you Sokka?“ she said smiling. Her voice taking a challenging tone.
“You know why.” Sokka whispered.
They were coming closer and closer and closer…. Until…
“Breakfast is ready.”
They separated immediately. Piandao stood at the door. His face unreadable. Azula felt uncomfortable about the fact that he saw them. She hoped he wouldn’t tell her father.
---------------------------
Days passed and fear was growing inside of their hearts.
Sokka went to Azula’s room. Sharing this moment in private was important. He wouldn’t be able to say goodbye properly on the shore.
“This goodbye is temporary. I promise Azula.” he told her cupping her cheek gently.
Azula couldn’t manage to form words, so she just nodded.
“Shhh come here.” Sokka pressed her into his strong chest, as tears formed in her eyes. With one hand he caressed her hair and the other surrounded her waist. He inhaled her scent, she clung to him, her heart calming.
They pulled away, noses touching. Sokka caressed her cheek and Azula’s eyes slowly closed and…
“Princess Azula, your guards are on the shore. Your ship is ready to take off. We’re going to escort you there.” Piandao called from the other side of the door.
Azula instinctively pulled away completely when she heard his voice.
Piandao gave her all the important documents for the project and thanked her. She thanked him as well and said farewell. Entering her ship never seemed so difficult, but she mastered it.
Piandao looked at the way her eyes watered and then at the melancholic expression on Sokka.
He couldn’t help but smile.

How did Jacks just trust Apollo with Evangeline? And what would he have done when he knew he took her memories away? Like I really can’t get over the fact that he was just leaving her behind. I get that he is desperate to keep her alive and he sees no solution at the moment. But leaving her????? And in this state especially?? Especially after finding out she isn‘t safe with Apollo.
And I would have liked to get more intensity on the most important two things:
- Apollo taking Eva‘s memories
- Jacks using the stones to save Eva
They were just mentioned and that was it?? I expected intense reactions from Evajacks after they found out…

Evangeline loved Jacks unconditionally, Jacks did nothing for their happily ever after…
Lala almost killed her and got away with it too?
I honestly can’t get over the fact that everything Jacks does gets excused. Baby Jacks had his reasons. Everyone else is at fault no matter what happens.
It‘s Apollos‘s fault. He is evil.
But Jacks? Nope, he is justified. Btw, he is my favorite character after Evangeline and I love Evajacks, but ignoring his actions is not an option.
The moment he laid eyes on Evangeline, he started using her to go back to Tella everybody. I wonder if he would have saved her from being stone if things in Finale would have worked out for him. He lied to her, deceived her not only in OUABH but in TBONA too. He framed her for murder and risked her life. He put her on so much pain and tears. Until the end of TBONA he was still planning on LEAVING HER BEHIND and go back to Tella. Knowing Evangeline would experience all the pain of losing her parents, being heartbroken by Luc, treated like crap by her stepmother.
And let's not forget the mean dialogue between Jacks and Lala in Slaughterwood Castle. Both of them were so cold and acted infront of Evangeline. They treated her like she is stupid.
Because of Lala Evangeline suffered in pain. She could have died! And a simple apology did it at the end? And of course she is also justified because she made a mistake because of love? But Apollo‘s mistake because of his love and interest is not even understood.
I also wished Eva would have asked Jacks about the dialogue. About how cruel he talked about her. But this is sadly one of many unanswered and unsolved things…
Then, in ACFTL (after he used to stones to save her life) he was still leaving her behind. He wanted to destroy his heart not to feel anything. Even after finding out it was Apollo who took her memories away, he was about to leave her again with all the miseries and all alone. It was Evangeline who truly loved him unconditionally, despite all the hurt he caused her. She risked her life for him. Jacks hasn’t done anything for their happy ending. It’s not that I can’t feel with him at all, but this isn’t talked about enough. In the hollow he gave her hope, he made her fall in love with him just to leave her in the end of Chaos wouldn’t have killed her.
Apollo? I am not saying he is particularly a good man, but after he took Evangeline’s memories he was portrayed as the evilest of all. But from his pov he used his chance. He was cursed by his friend, went through a lot of trouble and HIS WIFE was choosing the guy who is responsible for all of this. And let’s not forget it wasn’t Apollo who had the idea of taking Evangeline’s memories:
It was Aurora Valor
She planted the idea in his head. She gave him the elixir in the first place. With the memory taking and showed him the tree of souls. And let’s be honest, if taking Eva‘s memories would have gotten Jacks were he wanted, he would have done it too.
And what were the consequences for Aurora? Nothing? She cursed Jacks, due to her careless behavior the end of the Merrywood family, Evangeline’s lost memories and everything happened infront of the tree of souls. And she didn’t get a fragment of the hate that Apollo got.
As much as I like the books and Evajacks, there are unanswered questions still and ACFTL feels a little incomplete and rushed. Jacks was suddenly in love with her since the moment he saw Evangeline, Apollo suddenly became the worst guy.
Chaos who literally went on a killing spree got away with everything too (because yeah he can, he is hot right?), Lala tricked Evangeline too. She was her friend but risked her life for her own needs. Also, I felt like Evangeline was too extreme with Apollo? She is right but she didn’t show a fragment of that hate to others who deserved it just as much. She left him after opening the arch and after his curse lifted and he has been through so much. But hours before that she made out with him.
As every other reader, I also have many questions and blank spaces. I loved this trilogy, but I believe it deserved a better ending.
And I would like to add something nice at the end:
Jacks could have gone back farer away in time. To save Lyric and Castor and the so called „foxes“ (I truly hate this part of the story). He also could have still gone back to Tella and still save Evangeline when the time came. But since he never fell in love and loved anyone so deep and the way he loves Evangeline, he used the once time change with the stones to „save her“. Also the fact that he keeps watching her sleep since TBONA 🩷 he never understood why people did that until her. Until his Little Fox 🩷🍎

As Long As We’re Together - Sokkla Saturdays 2024
Day 7: Part Two
FF.net & AO3
Sequel of my last week's entry. Part One.
Sokka insisted on eating some food. He took them to a restaurant. Despite herself, Azula accepted Sokka's treat. She was hungry. They sat outside and kept staring at each other questioningly after ordering their food.
"Well, are you going to explain what's going on?" Sokka finally asked.
"Are you going to explain what's going on with you?" Azula asked back.
"I asked first. Besides, why would the Fire Nation Princess cry alone on creepy streets in a completely different nation form Hers, wearing an apron?"
Azula actually smiled a little at that. He was right. Her situation was in fact weirder. Sokka couldn't help but smile back at her.
"I escaped. Zuko arranged a marriage for me behind my back." she told him blatantly.
"He what?! Is he out of his mind?" Sokka said leaning slightly over the table, clearly taken aback.
"Yeah, I thought so too." Azula said.
"How did you learn of this?"
"I heard Uncle Iroh telling him, it was about time Zuko finally told me that he planned to marry me off. Before he could do that I ran away. We have been on good terms with my brother since the war ended, but his bond with our uncle is worrisome in my eyes." Azula explained. She looked down sadly.
Sokka felt a surge of anger. Zuko had his flaws, but he has been motivated to be a good brother Azula. He asked Sokka for advice on that once. How did it come to that? It was clearly Iroh’s doing but Zuko still shouldn’t accept that. Azula was right, Iroh was too much influence on Zuko.
But saying this wouldn’t help the situation. Sokka needed to reassure her that he would stand by her side. Surely helping someone you know was natural. But he felt his protectiveness more than just that. He wouldn't allow Azula to feel alone. She didn't have an easy life either.
He slid his hand toward hers on the table and took her fingers gently in his palm. It was Azula's turn to be taken aback now.
"I will do anything in my power to help you and protect you Azula. I'm with you, as long as you allow me to. You can trust me."
His eyes were blazing with honesty.
Before she could say anything, the waiter brought their food, and the pleasant touch of their fingers ended.
"Your turn now." Azula said when they started eating.
"Why would a warrior like you, who is best friend with the Avatar walk on creepy streets with an apron on himself?" Her voice slightly teasing.
Sokka huffed.
"I lost a bet."
Azula broke into laughter. Sokka would have gotten mad if it hadn’t been the first time he saw her laugh. Her laughter made him blush instead of angry.
"How did that happen?" she asked forcing her laughter to stop.
"We made a bet with my sister. I might have gone a little overboard and told her she would never be able to beat me at a "boomerang race". She said if I lost, I'd work in this teashop for a week. "
Azula broke into a stronger laughter this time.
"I tripped and fell down Azula! Otherwise, there is no way she could have beaten me!" Sokka squeaked.
Still, she couldn't stop laughing. Sokka looked rather cute while he explained his story.
"Glad I could improve your mood princess."
"I'm sorry Sokka, I just can't..." she tried to say in between laughter.
Sokka joined her laughter soon enough.
They ate, laughed, and talked leisurely. It felt genuinely nice to be in each other's company.
Working in the teashop didn't feel horrible anymore. They joked around. From the outside it looked like they were glad to be in this situation. After their shift ended they would hang out in a restaurant and go for a walk.
Until their good mood shifted, when certain people entered the teashop right before it was closing time. It was the third day for Azula in Ba Sing Se.
Zuko arrived with Katara, Aang and Toph next to him. He left his soldiers outside the teashop.
Her brother looked worried, she had to give him that.
“Azula, what is that? I barely slept for days in worry something might have happened!” he said roughly.
Azula gave her brother a harsh glare, but before she could say anything Sokka gave her a short reassuring look and rushed toward Zuko. Anger pouring off him.
"Are you out of your mind? How can you do something like this to your sister Zuko?!" Sokka yelled.
"Calm down Sokka." Zuko replied furrowing his eyebrows.
"You can't force her to do anything you hear me?" Sokka told him.
Zuko found his explosion a little too much but responded anyway. He tried to at least. Because Katara burst into laughter.
All eyes turned to her.
"Hey Sokka, can you give us some tea." she said.
"Oh, nice apron Sokka." Aang began laughing too.
"I am sure Azula's apron looks much better." Toph teased now. She knew the Princess was working here too.
Sokka just growled.
Zuko's eyes landed on his sister.
"Azula, I was never going to force you to anything. You are my sister, and I really wish you trust me." Zuko actually looked sad.
"I heard Iroh talking to you about how you should tell me that you plan a marriage for me." Azula said.
"Did you hear the rest of it?" Zuko asked. He looked at Sokka and then at Azula again. An interesting situation was happening.
"I told uncle that I never planned such a thing. Then he asked me if he could make you a suggestion. But before that I wanted to talk to you of course."
"Isn't this just perfect?" Toph said smirking.
"What?" Azula and Sokka asked in unison.
Katara started laughing again.
"What's so funny now huh?" Sokka asked annoyed.
"The person Uncle Iroh suggested you marry Azula..." Zuko started.
He paused, closing his eyes. Maybe this whole thing was a sign.
"Uncle believes you guys would match very good together." Zuko said.
Time seemed to stand still. Azula looked at her brother, then at Sokka who looked just as stunned as her. Katara and Toph smirked and Aang winked at her, looking happy.
"My brother and you." Katara interrupted.
Azula and Sokka were standing side by side, but their heads turned to the side so they could see each other's eyes.
"Well, I spied on you guys and sensed your feelings for one another flourishing." Toph whispered to herself. For she could feel how happy they were in each other's company.
