I wrote this poem after losing custody of my children in 2016. Just something I wanted to share.

It's called ..

OVER

She thought it was over, this strain of bad luck

She thought it was safe to breathe, but she done fucked up.

She started to get comfortable, and lowered her walls

Got blind sighted again and took another fall.

They took her child and killed her hope.

He shattered her heart, the rest hung the rope.

Right when everything was perfect and happiness was the plan.

Now she's all alone. They took all she had.

She believed all those lies that she was fed.

He turned around and walked away, He left her for dead.

Alone with no hope and everything ripped from her arms.

Silent tears fell from her eyes. While a knife kept stabbing her heart.

Tired of the pain, while she feared getting hurt again,

She loaded up a gun and held it to her head.

A bullet with her name on it, that's all she had left

Memories flashed before her eyes as she made her last request.

To finally end the pain and to cry no more.

She closed her eyes with her kids in her mind she whispered I love you, my loves. This is my goodbye.

She aqueezed the trigger with a smile.

The heart that's meant to love you will fight for you when you want to give up.

When you're feeling down, and will give there smile when its hard for you to find yours.

They will never get strength from seeing you week, power from seeing you hurt or joy from seeing you cry.

The heart that is meant to love you wants the best you, not the hurt you.

Never forget that..
