I’m finally making merch! 🥹 This has been a dream project of mine for years, and I think I’m finally onto something. I’ve always loved this artwork as it is (and yes — I’ll be releasing it as a print too!), but I felt it needed to be reimagined a little to be on merch.

There’s just something I love about the imperfections of a work in progress, so I wanted to try deconstructing the work back into a sort of sketch.

I’m still in the process of turning it into reality, so come along for the journey! I’m no fashionista or designer, but I’m hoping to bring one of my favourite works to life in a way that friends, family and y’all can enjoy n share 👊🏼

Painting this dark terrifies me.

It’s this new painting approach I’m still trying to experiment with toward something that feels dreamy and moody. Watercolor isn’t’ the most forgiving when painting this dark, but maaaan it turned out pretty dope in the end!

'Someplace Quiet'

This piece was partly inspired by a scene from the Demon Slayer series where the protagonist (Tanjiro Kamado) find himself in a dream sequence wreathed in wisteria flowers as he wrestles his sanity and sense of self.
