~Twisted Wonderland Character Re-redesigns~

-SchoenSpade Stepbrothers AU-

I was looking back at the first batch of redesigns and decided they needed an upgrade so I made new ones. Also I colored them so you can now see them in color! Yippee!

Anyways I’m pretty satisfied with how these turned out and experimenting with them was fun. I’m going to also be playing around with how they are characterized in this AU and I’ll be really exploring the character dynamics within the AU as they all are kinda different from canon.

Time for me to yap a bit cause I can! :D

Heartslabyul- I hated how flat Riddle’s hair looked so I changed it to be fluffier. I also gave him a clip that goes with the cards. There is a story reason behind them but I’m not dropping that lore yet. I decided to give Ace slightly longer hair I also played with the idea that the top most portion of his hair looks like horns to encapsulate his devilish nature. Deuce’s design is more or less the same as when I first made it but I made him gyaru cause I think it fits him. Especially in the AU. Cater has also stayed relatively the same I just changed how his eyes looked as I wanted them to have more of a contrast to his personality. Like you assume he is a calm and collected person till he starts talking and it’s mainly internet slang. Trey also is mostly the same I just ended up making his hair fluffier and longer. I also gave him a dimple as I thought it fit with his character. I also changed his pupils to be somewhat unique. In this AU those who were glasses have different/uniquely shaped pupils and that’s the main reason for their poor eyesight.

Savanaclaw- I honestly had nothing to change about Jack I just made his skin darker than in canon. He’s more or less the same from the first redesign. Ruggie gained scars because you can’t tell me that this boy didn’t do underground/under the table labor for money. Some of the jobs he had to do were dangerous and resulted in his scars. He also did a good chunk of those jobs in secret cause his grandma wouldn’t approve/allow him to continue. He also has more sun kissed skin cause you know, he lives in a savanna and if he can’t be dark skinned he can be somewhat tan. I gave him freckles as well cause I’m pretty sure the character he’s based off of is a spotted hyena and I wanted to incorporate that. He kept his longer hair from my first redesign. I also gave him a soft redness to his face cause he’s always working. Leona changed a lot. I gave him significantly darker skin and made his hair more wavy(?) my concept was that he doesn’t maintain his hair at all other than maybe a quick brush so it has an odd wave quality to it. I also think that wavy hair suits him the most out of all the hair styles/options I thought of. I also think that making his skin darker helped make his green eyes pop more and it makes him feel more predatory in a way. He is a cat so he has slit pupils and doesn’t need glasses. Other than that he is the same from my first redesign.

I would like to say they all have scars because in Savanaclaw scars are seen as something akin to a badge of honor because it means that you have fought for something hard enough that you gained a permanent marking. It’s meant to represent one’s determination, love, and loyalty. So all Savanaclaw students have scars and show them off with pride.

Octavinelle- I had fun with these guys tbh. Azul’s hair is a bit longer and thicker and of course he has unique pupils so he needs glasses. I did however give him faint marks. The original potion did make all three turn and look fully human but the tweels convinced him to change it to keep their marks (more on that lore later). As for the tweels…Floyd’s hair is messier and he has marks I made it so his hair is slightly darker than Jade’s but his dark piece is lighter. For Jade I made it so his eyes are slimmer especially when he smiles and his hair is somewhat messy but not as much as Floyd’s. His hair is also tied differently. As stated before his hair is slightly lighter than Floyd’s but his dark piece is darker. For the two’s markings one set on their face and neck is subtly darker than the other but it’s not easy to notice unless to see the colors side by side.

Scarabia- ah my favorite duo lore wise. Jamil stayed mostly the same the things that changed were he gained earrings and piercings under his lip, some scars on his neck, and the feather is the same as Kalim’s cause it was a gift from him. The earrings Jamil wears have a meaning behind them I just won’t explain that here. The gems in his hair also have a meaning as well but again won’t explain it here. It’s not noticeable but Jamil has different colored pupils which has the opposite effect of uniquely shaped pupils. Colored pupils signify that a person has better eyesight than the average person. So because of Jamil’s uniquely shaped pupils and colored pupils combined he has slightly better than average eyesight. Kalim didn’t change much I just gave him the circles under his eyes for his makeup. They are supposed to be red but shhhh we don’t need to talk about it.

Pomefiore- I wasn’t satisfied with how Vil’s face shape turned out in my first redesign but I do like how it came out here. Not much changed for Vil in terms of his design. Rook is wearing make up here so you can’t see his face scars or his freckles but he does have them. I also gave his hat a raven feather. His hair is slightly messier cause he’s still a hunter but that’s virtually all that changed about him. I also fixed his eyes. Epel’s design also didn’t change much his hair is still as messy as he can get away with it and he braids his hair to copy Leona. He has colored pupils which means his eyesight is way above average.

Ignihyde- these two under went a heavy design change because I needed to figure out how to deal with their hair. In the end that resulted in Ortho having longer hair and Idia having his hair tied up. In this AU Idia keeps his hair tied up and doesn’t take it out unless forced to so he sleeps with his hair tied. I gave Idia a subtle grey tint to his skin as well. He also has sharper ears cause Hades in Hercules had a pointed ear. His ears aren’t as long as fae ears but he has been mistaken for a fae a couple of times due to his ears. Ortho gained dials on his face cause one adjusts his vocal range and the other adjust languages. I also made Ortho’s fire hair significantly different to Idia’s showing that it’s not the same because he isn’t human in any regard so his fire hair looks different and represents the difference. Ortho also has more camera like eyes.

Diasomnia- I changed a bit for Malleus from his first redesign. First I changed his horns because I was going to go crazy with how they kept looking. The horns are also supposed to be bigger but I just didn’t have the room to make them bigger. I did change how his eyes looked and I think this version fits him a lot better. Lilia stayed the same more or less from my first redesign. Silver changed the most. He’s a narcoleptic and that causes a lot of problems for him. He’s constantly exhausted because the sleep he gets isn’t proper sleep and so he has negative consequences of it. He ends up substituting his human awareness for magical awareness. This is where he takes his magic and uses it to envelope a certain distance away from him so that he knows what’s happening in that bubble as well as who enters that bubble and what their intentions are. I also made Silver’s hair a bit messier due to him sleeping anywhere. Sebek’s redesign is mostly the same I just added the parts on his neck cause of his fae genes. Faes have sharper and longer ears than humans and it’s a pretty dominant trait so Sebek half gets that trait causing his ears to be bigger and sharper than normal human ears. Fae pupils are slit pupils so they don’t need glasses. Sebek and Silver both have scars because they were trained to be guardsmen to the next ruler by two war veterans. They were trained harshly and severely which caused them to gain scars as they trained. Sebek has significantly bigger and more scars due to the fact that he is more of a shield than a sword. Silver is more sword than shield so he has smaller and less scars. Malleus dislikes seeing the scars so Lilia, Silver, and Sebek tend to cover them either with makeup (for face scars) or different clothing pieces (for body and neck scars).

Ok so it’s happening. I’ll probably make a separate blog for this as I don’t want this one to get overrun. I’ve got things to work out on how to get everything started so give me a bit and I’ll update you guys when I have it all settled and started. I’ll start with my Date Everything AU as promised but if it does decent I’ll also shift my SchoenSpade stepbrothers AU into a more ask based series cause I do wanna yap about the characters and dynamics when I start dropping stuff but if the DE ask series doesn’t do well I won’t shift the SSSB AU into an asked based series.

This has nothing to do with my poll post btw.

Idk man it started with Electro and Elijah then Gia got tacked on and then Ash came up and then I thought about what Harleen's reaction to a kid between her and Clarence would be like so Quinn came into conception. This is incredibly silly. Its also not canon in any context of my other Date everything stuff. It was just a really random thought. Idk if I'll actually go anywhere with these guys though but it was fun coming up with them. My favorites design wise are probably Quinn and the twins. I do love all of them but definitely my favorites are Electro and Quinn. I have no clue why though.

This was also a bit of a pose experiment too.

Bonus: the parents

Idk what's happening tbh. All I know is Clara is suffering postpartum but Eddie and Volt are trying to help as best they can, Chance is being a worrywart over Mags, Bullet and Charles are probably talking about how Ash came into their lives (not normally that's for sure and their reactions to them, and Harleen has just told Clarence about her being pregnant (pregante, gregnant...pls get the reference) and he's trying to convince her to let him be apart of their lives (Harleen was just planning to tell him she's pregnant, that it's his, and that she is keeping the kid but had no plans to allow him to be apart of their live or sumthn. Idk still working the kinks out for each parents' story).

I would like to note that Quinn is significantly younger than the others and Ash is a bit younger than the twins and Gia.

~A bit of redesigning for Clara and the Player!~

-Date Everything-

I’ve been thinking up story and concepts that have lasting impacts on the characters and so I’ve redesigned them to reflect the thoughts I have come up with.

For Evelyn first she gets her red shirt that the objects of the house are constantly complimenting cause I finally found a picture of it. Secondly she gets a lichtenberg scar from Eddie and Volt’s route so she ends up wearing the glove to hide the scar from them as she doesn’t what them to blame themselves for her stupidity. The lichtenberg scar actually reaches up to her chest and a bit to her neck but it fades as it travels up to those points so it’s not easily noticeable unless your really paying attention. Third, the scar on her leg is actually from an incident where a different party caused it (more on that story plot later…probably). And finally, the tear burn scars are salt burns. I mostly just gave them a slight upgrade.

For Clara due to her being cables the concept of lichtenberg scars on her arms came into my head and I decided to go with the idea as I thought it was a pretty cool design choice. They are pretty prominent in her “object” form but in her realized form they are lighter. Not “you won’t notice them if your not looking” light but lighter then when she is in “object” form. The idea came when I was thinking about how cables transfer electricity to objects and I already had the concept of when she and Volt high five he actually travels through her arms to her other hand since Volt is basically electricity. And so she now has lichtenberg scars that light up whenever electricity travels through her body.

~The Humans and their favorite (Canon) Dateables~

Date Everything AU -Glasses Glitch AU-

Player (Evelyn)'s favorite is Dorian because of how useful he is to her. She hates having to get close to the front door so having Dorian around to answer the door or check who is out there for her instantly launches him into her top 5. The other reason he's her favorite though is that he and she have the same thoughts about the whole "objects coming to life and being dateable" situation (aka being friends with all the objects instead of dating or hating). He's also incredibly supportive, kind, and protective towards her which helps. Dorian easily became her favorite in the house and loves talking to him. Trap Dorian was a weird experience for her and she apologized profusely to Dorian during his whole "you've seen me in every form" bit cause seeing trap Dorian was a complete accident (she was aiming for the ladder).

Player's sister (Sasha) fell head over heels for Skips as soon as she met him. She likes both his monster and "human" form and anytime she goes over to the house she has to have a conversation with Skips. She is in love with him and he has come to slowly fall for her in turn due to her pursuing him. They end up in a "she fell first he fell harder" type of relationship. Whenever they talk Sasha is always leaned up against something. Skips really likes the attention despite being a flustered mess because of it.

Player's younger brother (Icarus) is closest to Cam for the reason of children finding interest in the weirdest things. After he met Cam he began saying "Trash for the trash man" anytime he has trash that needs to be thrown away. He began also making flowers out of wrappers for Cam after a while (he's giving one in the drawing). Cam enjoys their friendship and keeps every wrapper flower in his collection in top condition.

Player's bestie (Bianca) is a character I kind of had in my head for a bit. I decided I needed someone other than Sam as the Player's friend in my AU (Sam is still there and Player talks with 'em as well but I added Bianca for a different reason). She is Evelyn's old college roommate and the two kept in touch after graduation. Bianca's dad is also police commissioner/chief (technically both but we'll just call him commissioner) of the town/county they live in and he's a father figure to Evelyn. Bianca loves the Hanks and always guns to them to talk to them anytime she visits as she also does extreme sports in her free time and likes talking to them about it. She does also end up developing romantic feelings for the Hanks as she is poly. The Hanks fall for her pretty quickly.

OC x Canon

Mags would never say that normally but you know how people get when they are drunk. Lucky for her she and Chance don't remember what happened but Player and Lux definitely do. Everyone was a bit drunk tho when she made the confession. Also this is before the gang meets Parker and invite him into sessions cause I'm a firm believer that they would invite Parker to GnG sessions after they meet him.

Date Everything OCs

I was thinking about how after the characters get realized they go on to do different things and was beginning to think about what my OCs would do so I drew it.

Some other fun facts about the characters after realization.

Harleen and Harris:

- Harleen and Harris live together and depending on the ending Harper and Dirk get Harper might also live with them.

- Harleen gives free or discounted hair cuts to everyone from the house.

- Harris took dry cleaning cause he was always curious about what it was like in the laundry room cause his sisters were there.

The container quadruplets:

- Curt and Steg do their best to always get the same shifts.

- Stephen is an art instructor for kids mainly but sometimes teaches all ages.

- Conner ends up being famous for his designs.

- all four are kinda famous in their own right after they get realized.

Clara:

- she has a hard time denying Eddie because he puts on a sad pathetic man act causing her to cave in to the more expensive parts that Eddie requests. (Volt will also sometimes pull a sad pathetic face as well if he notices that Clara isn’t caving and she immediately folds)

- she typically pulls the non budgeted amount from her personal funds.

- she enjoys helping Eddie and Volt despite them sometimes causing her wallet to hurt. She still loves them despite that.

- in some endings she lives with them.

Kronk:

- he started out just making cooking videos in the player’s kitchen before he made enough money to buy his own place. He then proceeded to continue shooting cooking videos and it eventually led to him becoming super popular and getting his own cooking show.

Mags:

- she still has a massive crush on Chance. Lol

- she sees Chance, Parker, and Dirk most after being realized due to the fact that she owns and operates a game/comic store.

- she will actively fight the horrible customers that either belittle her or hit on her inappropriately. And I mean hand to hand combat fight. “If you can’t eat it. Don’t dish it.”

- her store is incredibly popular with women due to the fact that she beats the bad seeds.

- her hair’s “dyed” portion from when she was an object becomes rainbow.

Lucky:

- her condition of passing out if she is upright still perceivers when she is human so she can’t actually work any normal jobs.

- she ended up getting hired as a book reviewer for a publishing company and does it to where after she finishes a book she will write a very detailed review and then depending on if the book was good or not she will then give it to either Dorian or Cross (or both) to read and then also post their opinion about the book as well.

- she, Cross, and Dorian all live together

- she is incredibly superstitious so she does things to bad luck/bad juju proof their home. Dorian lets it happen.

Cross:

- he was sent to community college by Dorian and Lucky once they made enough money to send him.

- he kinda just became a youth pastor when the pastor saw him talking to some of the Christian children in the neighborhood about Christianity after a sermon.

- he studies graphic design and religious studies in community college.

- he refers to Lucky and Dorian as his parents cause they basically are.

- he is both superstitious and religious so he helps bad luck proof their home with Lucky.

- his wings turn into white line tattoos when he gets realized. This means that they aren’t noticeable unless you are really looking cause he’s pale af.

- something I forgot to mention when I first introduced him is that Cross is Italian (while he may not look it). He was made in Italy and was a souvenir the player’s friend got from the Vatican and it’s kind of why he gets hired as a youth pastor.

Charles and Bullet:

- they live together. They also are the only ones to continue living with the player after being realized due to the nature of what they were meant to do even as objects.

- Charles likes barbecuing and Bullet like to grow herbs.

- Charles chose a Detective over a police officer as he likes to challenge his brain.

- Bullet hates the system and is trying to work his way up so he can do a bit of reform in their branch. Since he is a silent person he is able to get promoted faster cause the higher ups like that he’s quiet.

- they work in the same branch and station.

Date Everything AU

-Glasses Glitch AU-

Basic rundown of the AU is that the Player (who is an OC in this AU) gets the glasses and tries them out as normal. But something goes wrong in the process and when she gets a relationship status with an object the object can now go in between human and object form at will and don’t require the glasses to be seen so they technically don’t need to be realized. So basically the Player has to only use the glasses once on every object and then they can talk to any of them at anytime as they kind of remain in human form most of the time. This also gives way to other people being able to see the objects in human form without any realizing.

That’s the bare bones of it at least.

My Player OC has gone through some shit and that’s why she isn’t really doing anything romance related in her life but then tinfoil comes in and gives her the dateviators and she is kinda forced into getting to know the objects in her house. She also still gets fired from her job but for a different reason. Due to trauma she has a more Dorian outlook on the whole “having relationships with the objects of your house” but ends up accidentally romancing some objects (mainly the ones easier to romance). Her ultimate goal is to just befriend the objects in her house and feel a bit safer in life. Along they way though she ends up finding more than what she asked for as she finds friendships and familial bonds along the way and in the end it helps her find peace and happiness in her life for once.

Anyways this AU contains both canon characters (obviously) and OC characters. The cannon characters may act completely OOC (out of character) as I haven’t actually played the game myself and can’t find a good playthrough recording of the game yet. My OCs from my first Date Everything Post will be added into the AU but there will also be AU exclusive OCs, whom I will talk about in this post and put under the cut so I can yap about them.

AU exclusive OCs

Player (with and without dateviators):

Player has been through a lot in life and is genuinely terrified of the world around her due to her older brother traumatizing the shit outta her. She is the second oldest in the family and has been in a couple relationships (that don’t typically last long) over her lifetime. She has also had to move apartments and houses numerous times. That’s all I can reveal for now.

Player’s family:

Player has an older brother, a younger sister, and a younger brother. Her older brother is a horrible person with psychotic tendencies and is the source of majority of Player and her sister’s trauma. Their parents tried to help him (resulting in Player and their sister to become glass children and relying heavily on each other) but every attempt failed. He has been to jail multiple times at this point for mostly the same reason(s). Her sister is the person Player is most attached to in the family as they have both suffered by their brother’s tendencies and had to rely heavily on each other while growing up. Player’s sister sees them more as a parent then their own parents and the two always have a voice or video call at least once per day. The two are extremely close and have the same mentality of just accepting the crazy things around them and going along with it. For their younger brother he is significantly younger than the other kids as he is around 5-10 years old while the others range from 35-20 years old. He was an oops kid but the parents, as well as the two daughters, are very happy to have him in their lives. He’s a sweet kid who likes to befriend whatever he can. That’s all I’ll reveal for now about them.

The Urn:

He holds a dead person’s ashes. He actually doesn’t come in to play until a bit later into the story but he looks a lot like the dead person and it kinda throws the objects that knew the person in life through a loop. He’s also really attached to keeping the memory of the deceased alive. He’s a good guy with a heavy burden. That’s all I can reveal for now.

The Spirit:

I can’t reveal anything about him but I will say this. Clara and Volt could both feel his presence as spirits have a charge to them. Also that spirits and ghosts are completely different things in this AU.

Date Everything OCs

I am simultaneously hyper fixating on Twisted wonderland and Date Everything so expect oc content for DE now until I get it out of my system. Which means I’ll probably post content for both hyper fixations…I both hate and love having a creative mind…

Anyways have my ocs for Date Everything :)

Harleen and Harris (+Harper and a bit of Clarence):

Fun fact: Harleen finds the Hanks to be adorable and loves hearing about their adventures but she can also be seen chatting with Drysdale and Washford as she sits up against them. Meanwhile Harris is the hardest character to romance cause he hates the player straight off the bat.

Conner, Stephen, Curt and Steg:

Fun fact: they are actually cousins to Harper, Harleen, and Harris.

Clara (+Volt and Eddie):

Fun fact: Clara has a friendly relationship with pretty much everyone in the house (but she’s the closest with Eddie and Volt) so if the player gets Clara to hate them (which is something that’s pretty hard to do) it will drag all the characters’ (especially Eddie and Volt’s) affection for the player down. But the opposite is also true where if the player gets Clara to fall in love (which is also surprisingly difficult) it will bring up all the other characters’ affection for the player.

Kronk:

Fun fact: He’s besties with all the other kitchen appliances. And they all sometimes do a karaoke session with each other.

Mags (+Chance):

Fun fact: she is actually pretty content with being shelved and has gotten to know the other shelved items, like the books, along the way. That’s why she isn’t upset about the player shelving her after they took a break from playing GnG.

Cross and Lucky (+front Dorian):

Fun fact: Cross has wings on his back they are just incredibly small and covered. He also sees Dorian and Lucky as his family (aka he sees them in a parental light). Lucky can’t be put rightside up anymore because her body is so used to being upside down that when she goes rightside up she gets dizzy immediately due to lack of blood to the brain and passes out in like a minute at most. She is also paralyzed from the waist down so needs someone to constantly support her.

Charles and Bullet:

Fun fact: Charles was a gift from the player’s father when they moved out of their parents home. He gets his name from the player’s father as well. Bullet plays more of a bad cop role as he and Charles have more of a bad cop good cop routine going on but he is just as sweet as Charles.

I was gonna do a Father’s Day drawing post with my TWST AUs but my brain and hand said no so instead you get a collection of Drabbles…of sorts…(?) for each instead. Sorry for spelling mistakes, grammar errors, or random words being where they shouldn’t be. I wrote this while sleep deprived and accidentally deleted my first draft making me have a slight mental breakdown before I decided to rewrite it. So it’s not perfect by any means.

-Lady of Savanaclaw AU-

Context: Cheka has a tradition where he tries to jump/surprise Leona every Father’s Day especially after Leona became a dad himself and his first kid couldn’t do it himself. This later evolved into a tradition where Leona then chases his actual children around the castle as they try to avoid punishment for helping/joining Cheka after Cheka leaves to visit his actual dad.

*the sun rises over the Sunset Savanna as 3 pairs of footsteps echo through the halls of the royal palace*

Cheka (in his 20s?): Okay…coast is clear.

Cheka: *turns towards the two kids behind him*

Cheka: Ready?

Vihaan and Kairo: *trying not to giggle*

Zara: Happy Father’s Day dad!

Cheka: Wha-?!

*Zara jumps onto Cheka’s back causing him to tumble to the ground as Leona gives out an amused huff*

Leona: *laughs*

Leona: You kids really think you can surprise me? Well you’re not the only one who wants to surprise their dad today.

*Cheka gets up giving Zara a piggyback ride as Penelope and Nabil walk up to the group*

Cheka: Come on Unca! I’ll get you one of these days!

Leona: Yeah? Well why don’t you try “getting” your own old man (referring to Falena). I’m sure he’d love to see his kid and his grandkid today.

*Cheka adjusts his hold on Zara*

Cheka: Yeah well he’s not in the castle anymore, unlike you Unca Leona.

Cheka: But you’re right. I’m gonna head out to see him now. See you later!

*Cheka runs down the hallway as Zara giggles*

*as soon as they are out of sight Leona turns towards his own kids with both his hands up ready to pounce*

Vihaan and Kairo: !!!

Nabil: *pounces first and grabs Leona in a hug*

Nabil: *to his siblings* RUN!!!

Vihaan: Your sacrifice will not be in vain big brother!

Kairo: Thanks brother!

Vihaan and Kairo: *skedaddle in different directions*

Leona: *turns to Nabil*

Penelope: *teasingly* I wonder where he gets that from.

Penelope: *walks over and ruffles Leona’s hair before giving him a kiss on the cheek*

Leona: *gives Nabil a bear hug before pawing him off to Penelope and running the way Kairo skedaddled*

Nabil: How long you think it’s gonna take ma?

Penelope: For Kairo? Couple of minutes since he’s still new to this. For Vihaan? Could go either way.

Nabil: Then to the dining hall it is!

*Nabil and Penelope link arms as they head to the dining hall*

*in the distance one can hear a squeal from Kairo before running footsteps are heard. One from a pair of children’s feet and another from a pair of adult feet. Before a booming laugh echos down the hallway*

Vil: *setting up a video call to Eric on his computer*

Eric: *picks up by the third ring*

Eric: There are my boys! How are you two?

Vil: Hello father. We are doing well how about you?

Eric: Same old same old. I’m assuming you called for a reason and I have a feeling I know what that reason was.

Deuce: *pulls out small confetti popper and pops it*

Vil: *coves his ears*

Vil: Loud….but yes happy Father’s Day father.

Eric: *chuckles*

Eric: Thank you boys. Now tell me about what’s going on in your lives. I think that’d be a pretty great gift. As well as a good way to pass the time before your mother and I’s dinner reservation.

*Vil gives an amused huff and begins to talk about his day as Deuce slips off to the kitchen to get a snack.*

*the boys basically talked his ear off until Dylla came in to collect Eric for dinner*

Yukina: *stares disdainfully at the calendar at the date as if it would go away if she stared at it long enough*

*it doesn’t*

Yukina: UGH! What’s the point of today if I don’t even know if he’s okay? If I don’t know if he’s even alive or not…? Please god, universe, whatever higher being there is…please don’t let him kill himself. I’ll find a way home…I will…

*Yukina huffs before pulling out her phone and looking through a photo album titled “family photos”*

*she then puts her head down on the table with another huff as she scrolls*

*behind her the door opens a bit to be slightly ajar as Grimm peeps through the door and its frame. He then closes the door and puts a gift box next to the door with a tag that says “you may not be a dad but you’re the only parent I have. Thanks for being a great dad.” He then walks away.*

Yumiko: *barges into Rollo’s room*

Rollo: ?!

Yumiko: *shoves a gift box and a letter into Rollo’s chest*

Rollo: ?!

Yumiko: I know you’re not a dad but you act like one so here! Happy Father’s Day I guess!

Yumiko: *runs away*

Rollo: *looks down at the gifts in his hands and gives an amused huff and a smirk*

I just realized while compartmentalizing my Yu(u) ships for reference, I had made it so that all three Savanaclaw boys are shipped with someone…I didn’t even realize I did that. It’s hilarious considering all the Savanaclaw boys are in a ship, two Diasomnia boys are in a ship, and one Heartslabyul boy is in a ship.

I honestly find it really funny all things considered since I didn’t even plan it to be that way. I decided them purely off vibes or whomever popped into my head first when I was thinking of who to ship my Yuu’s with that would best fit their stories.

Just thought it was a silly fun fact.

Happy pride month guys, gals, nonbinary pals, and everything in between and around! Have some chibi style Yuus with their orientation/gender flags. I kinda forgot that pride month was June case I’ve been stressing about college stuff since I’m transferring. (I’ll be opening commissions soon so that I can make some money for when I move and try to find a job and maybe also for tuition and other school expenses I need. I can’t apply for scholarships as I’m a transfer student so it kinda means I either take out a loan, which at this point is kinda my only option as every job I’ve applied to hasn’t gotten back to me, or not transfer. And I can’t just not transfer since I worked hard and it’s the best school for my major. But anyways I should open commissions up this month I just gotta work out some stuff before I do.)

The first one feed my Gyaru!Deuce headcanon. I always felt like there was something missing when I drew Deuce in my SchoenSpade art and I actually considered drawing him gyaru at some point before I decided to scrap it. But now I have something that fuels my headcanon enough that I wanna add it to my SchoenSpade AU!

For the second one Deuce looking up to Vil!!!!!! And being inspired to do better because of Vil! Completely in character for my SchoenSpade AU!

I live for my AUs being fueled by canon even just a little bit!!!!

My most recent post isn't getting a lot of attention so l wanted to share my favorite parts for the drawings cause it feels unfair that they aren't being seen.

I really love how Penelope/Lady's face came out but I just really love everything about how her drawing came out. I think it's so pretty.

I love Yuu so much here. I was mostly pose experimenting with her in the piece because I just wanted to make it a bit more dynamic and having her standing didn’t feel right for her personality and character.

I kinda found it silly that I have Yuu and Yumehara interacting while everyone else is in their own world but I also thought it was fitting as Yumehara would probably interact with Yuu the most out of all my Yuus. I thought it was cute and Yumehara is trying to cheer up Yuu a bit here.

Yue holding Arlo cause I thought it was adorable and wanted to draw her with him again. (And try drawing Arlo again because the first time I drew him it sucked)

TW: BLOOD for the next drawings

For Yukio his pose was something really chaotic. I don't really know how it came to be when I was sketching it but it just kind of happened. In the end I do think it really works and shows that he can move in a way that isn't human as he isn't alive anymore. I also enjoyed experimenting with his legs and working in the fade to show off that he's a spirit and not exactly alive anymore. I didn't make his top half transparent though so maybe I should add that in next time I draw him fully colored.

Idk what to say about Yusuke. His shoes are traditional Japanese sandals cause he found them thrown away because they were broken so he fixed them up and wears them when he isn't working. I do like how his axe came out especially the blade part (I even liked it before putting blood on it). I also love how his scars came out here.

As for Yukina I just love how unhinged she looks also peep the blood drops on the crowbar. Idk why I'm proud of them I just am.

~Yuu classification~

The (kind of) aggressive “Yuus”:

For these guys it depends on the situation but they can turn aggressive real fast if a situation doesn’t work out in their favor. Penelope/Lady typically needs something to already be happening (like an existential crisis or something that causes her to be overwhelmed and upset simultaneously) to become aggressive. Yukina is a wildcard in terms of her violent tendencies. She typically gives warnings but if you keep doing the thing she doesn’t like after her warnings it’s kinda free rein to her. Yusuke’s rules are don’t tick him off and don’t make Yue uncomfortable/sad/scared. Follow them and you’re fine but break his rules and he will throw his axe without warning or hesitation. Yukio isn’t actually that aggressive tbh but he tends to be a brat and likes to remind people that he is dead and can get away with a lot more than normal people.

For the most part the least aggressive/violent in the group is Penelope/Lady and Yukio and they resort to violence only when necessary. The other two are a lot more violent and unafraid to get blood on their hands even if the situation doesn’t call for it.

The (more) passive Yuus:

For these kids they would rather not deal with blood for the most part. But they each have their own reasons for not being violent or aggressive. Yuu’s trauma doesn’t allow her to be violent or aggressive as she becomes terrified when people direct their anger at her due to the fact that she is traumatized by violence and anger towards her. She’s more so a coward and would rather just run than hurt someone the way she has been hurt. For Yumehara she is blind and that makes it hard for her to gauge where people are and what their silhouette is. So because of those facts she can’t be violent as she could end up hurting herself or someone around the person who she wants to be violent against. Yumiko just doesn’t wanna get her hands dirty and also why would she fight when she can just play pranks that emotionally and/or mentally destroy a person. Yue can be violent sometimes but that only in very specific cases and she uses Yusuke’s axe when it comes down to it so she just figures it’s easier to rely on Yusuke and his violent tendencies more then her own.

For the most part Yuu and Yumehara are the most passive within the group while Yumiko and Yue are the least passive.

Another new TWST au!

What’s that now 6 AUs and 8 “Yuus”? (I really have a problem…)

Anyways this one just kinda popped into my head so thought I would share.

-Haunted Staff AU-

This AU is way more angst filled compared to most of my AUs cause in this AU Yuu dies.

Almost straight off the bat.

Yuu dies after the whole “go into the mines and get a magic crystal that likely doesn’t exist anymore in there” scenario. Just as the group is about to escape from the phantom Yuu ends up getting hit by it causing life threatening injuries but because he ends up pinned he gets Ace and Deuce to leave him behind (albeit reluctantly af). He then causes the top of the cave entrance to collapse and basically seal the mines before dying.

He dies and becomes a magical spirit due to 1. the nature of his death and 2. the fact that he died in the mines that still have magical properties despite no longer developing magic stones. Problem is (like the title suggests) only the staff (and Lilia for some reason. Also Ortho too since…yeah…) can see him (well the staff can also touch him while Lilia and Ortho can only see him). This has devastating effects on the staff’s mental health due to the fact that there is a dead child floating around campus and they could have prevented said death. It’s very devastating to Crowley more so than the other staff members. (Why? Who knows…could be that he sent him to his death…could be another reason entirely. Only Crowley and Yuu know.)

Overall it’s pretty sad for everyone involved. But Yuu is having fun honestly. He gets to mess with students and staff and gets to make the staff look crazy so he calls it a win (people have begun to think that Trein is developing mental problems/illnesses and Yuu finds it hilarious).

But there are rare times where/when students can see Yuu. But it’s mainly when magic in the surrounding area becomes unstable and corrupted (like during overblots or when he’s in the cafeteria. Though in the cafeteria he just becomes slightly opaque but he looks more like an illusion or trick of the light cause he’s still transparent compared to OB where he is fully seen properly). That and a couple of special occasions (aka some events).

You can kinda understand the gist of their relationship in this au from the drawings. There’s a lot more to it but you get just this snippet for now. Yukio loves making Crowley uneasy/uncomfortable for personal reasons. He also just likes watching Crowley squirm. His relationship with the other staff members is better than his relationship with Crowley.
