Hi Guys! Itβs been a long time since Iβve uploaded here on tumbler and recently I feel like coming back and sharing a few tips about improving your life. I know I used to talk mainly about manifestation but I honestly think that mental health and keeping yourself physically healthy can make such a big difference in your manifesting journey. Thatβs why I would like to focus on improving your daily life and definitely talk about it more.

Letβs start with the basics. In the last few weeks (honestly since summer) I had the biggest problems with my sleep schedule. It was really so hard for me to fall asleep at normal time and it was the cause of me not being able to wake up on time and being late to classes everyday. It got to a point that I felt so physically unmotivated in the mornings I didnβt know what to do. Gladly now itβs over because of my morning and evening routines that Iβve created to feel better and do better. It honestly works wonders.
Letβs just assume that your whole day will go according to your morning. Even if u donβt believe that to be true, just imagine what if everything you do right after you wake up had the biggest impact on your day. How would your mornings look then? What would you do to have the best day ever? How would you manage your time? What things would you use to make waking up and getting ready the most pleasurable thing? Just try that for a few days and you will see the difference in your mood.
If your a heavy sleeper like me and itβs hard for you to get up in the morning, you should pay attention to your evening habits as well. I think one of the biggest part of ideal morning routines is a well constructed evening routine and sleep schedule. It makes your morning more enjoyable, since you donβt have to clean your room, pick your outfit or pack your bags. Itβs a game changer as it makes your morning less stressful and more easygoing. So itβs good to remember that morning and evening routine go hand in hand and are not two separate things as you may think. They complete each other and work together.
Making morning/evening schedules:
I think you should make your to do lists as much aesthetically pleasing as you can. It will make you look at them a lot more and actually enjoy the process of making it. One of the best app to use for that kind of planning is Notion. Itβs not only very easy to use but at the same time it has so many free features that you can easily use as you want. If your more of a lazy person and youβre not into spending your precious time on doing such lists you can download ready planners from the internet and just fill them out according to your needs. Go on Pinterest and search some examples of notion pages - I kid you not itβs so fun to make them and personalize them your gonna love it.
So what to actually put into your morning to do list? Here are some examples of my favorite things to do right after I wake up. But first you need to figure out how much time do you have before leaving your house. This way it will be less problematic to come up with how much time you can spend for example on skin care or doing your make up. There are also some essentials that I think you must allocate your time into such us making your bed (it subconsciously makes you believe that you already started doing your daily tasks and it will be much easier for you to go on with them) and other basic routine things as keeping your hygiene up as it will make you feel already good in the morning.
So one of the most important things in the morning routine are:
skin care and other basic hygiene needs
picking outfit according to the weather
packing my bag (I hate doing it the day before)
praying and setting intentions for the day
repeating some of my favorite affirmations
making myself breakfast and something to drink
When Iβm done with all of those things I should be good to go. But there are actually some other things that you could do if you have more time. Sometimes if I have classes starting later than usual and I still want to wake up at the same time to keep my waking up hours streak I can do some of additional things listed below:
meditation
journaling
planning whole day ahead
deeper cleaning of my room
reading a book
taking a refreshing shower
You might also give yourself more sleep time. I donβt think itβs a bad thing although it can become that when you do it too often. So be responsible and donβt do it every morning.

Anyways itβs me - Johnny and Iβm here with another manifestation related post. Today weβre gonna talk about being disciplined in living as your new TRUE version.

Persisting and remaining in the state of wish fulfilled is the answer to all your problems and questions. Imagine if we had to focus on every little circumstance or problem weβre facing in the 3D - that would be so difficult and tiring right? So why are still some of yβall focusing on that? It wonβt give you nothing except continuing the unfavorable story. The only thing we need to do is experience our desire within. This way weβre experiencing it in the truest way possible. Thatβs so easy and effective at the same time. Our only job is to remain in the wish fulfilled and donβt accept anything other than what we want (already have by now).
Sometimes hot and cold behavior from sp is caused by wavering and not being stable in your state. Reminder: you donβt have to be in the state (think about it) 24/7. Just every time you think about your desire try to feel the ease that comes with the wish fulfillment. Realize that you already have it all and creation is actually finished. Itβs done.
The only thing that is set in stone is you having your desire. I donβt care what has to change itβs gonna work out in your favor as long as you persist.

So how to actually remain loyal to your new self and keep yourself in the state every time you think of your desire?
The best thing I can say is to find your own favourite method to put yourself into the state.
Affirmations, Journaling, Rampages, Meditation and any other method that you could think of is good if itβs working for you. Some people are not feeling affirming and other love to do it 24/7. One may say itβs pointless and tiring just put yourself in the fav state the other might say itβs the best thing in the world and the most effective method. The method your using is great as long it works well for you. So you just have to find it and decide what suits you the best.
Another thing Iβd recommend is working on your sc. You can still manifest without it but itβs gonna be a lot easier when u give yourself some time to work on that. You wont react as much to the 3D and in general manifesting will be much easier and more enjoyable. Mirror work, Journaling, Subliminals, Affirmation tapes - again, find what works best for you.
And the most important part - have fun and enjoy yourself. Donβt force yourself to do something that doesnβt feel right, donβt fall into the rabbit hole of overconsuming and spiraling. Do what feels right and enjoy your journey. Take as much time as you need to learn and then apply it.

Hi bestiesss! Itβs nearly autumn and I already feel the vibe of it.
Today Iβd like to talk about Loa in the simplest way possible. I really hate when people are over complicating it. Literally the βrulesβ to manifesting are so simple and manifestation in itself is so easy and we still are making up thousands methods and weird theories about whether your doing them good or not.

What exactly is manifesting?
The state your in is going to push out.
Thatβs it bye βοΈπ
Jk Iβm not gonna leave you there who do you think I am?
Consciously manifesting is putting yourself into a favorable state of already having what you desire. You can do that by affirming or doing some methods you find on the internet but just so you know - methods arenβt manifesting by themselves itβs you who manifest. Methods could just be helpful for you to get into the wish fulfillment. If your gonna be persistent in it, itβs gonna materialize in your 3D.
Thereβs no βbutβ, βwhat ifβ, βwhenβ, and especially thereβs no βhow?β If you already have what you desire (the essence of manifestation) you would not think of ways to get your desire. You already have them. If your doing something just to GET your desires - your gonna manifest more trying. If your in the state of constantly trying and fighting with your 3D, be sure your gonna wake up the next day trying again and fighting circumstances again - CONGRATULATIONS! Isnβt that what you manifested the other day?
See? Thatβs the whole point of states and manifesting. Your dwelling state will be reflected and the universe/world around you will make sure to provide you as much materialized evidence of the state that you were in the most. So if your trying to manifest something and your not identifying as someone who has your desire, your gonna experience more of it.
If your gonna switch states (to a favorable one) and persist in it. The world will provide you evidence of you having what you want aka you βgettingβ your desires.
A very important part!!!
3D vs 4D
Ok Johnny, but what if my 3D is now only showing me what I do not want. How am I gonna just switch states when I see the exact opposite? The easiest answer you could think of. Ignore it.
Thatβs how you should look ignoring unfavorable circumstances btw:
See, the main difference between you and your imagination (4D) and the world around you (3D) is that the second one has no power. It CANNOT exist without YOU - the 4D. Itβs reflecting your believes states and patterns your stuck in. But guess what - it has NO POWER OF ITS OWN!
So thereβs no such thing as fighting against circumstances because itβs just gonna create more fighting against them. You may probably think that when something against your will happens in 3D you will have to fight it and defeat it or even stop it from continuing using your manifestation skills.
The thing is - it wonβt continue. It wonβt live on its own. Your the one who gives it life and your the one who feeds it daily. It has no power of going further without your acceptance. Your job is just to continue being in a state you want to experience (btw if your really being in that state, your already experiencing it). You have the power of creating - not the 3D. The 3D just follows your rules and applies your beliefs onto world around you. It cannot and wont create anything else. So ask yourself now - what state am I in right now? What will be expressed then? What evidence will I get of me being in this state?
But what do you mean the bad circumstances wonβt continue on their own? I still see them and I still experience themβ¦ Because youβre still paying attention to them, your still accepting them as true and you still identify with them. Your like - yeah I see the circumstances if I see them they must be real - your in the state of experiencing them and accepting them as truth and then it gets pushed out again and your wondering why are u still in the same place?
But Iβm not doing anythingβ¦ EXACTLY your still remaining in the same state of accepting what you donβt want as truth and your experiencing it again and again. You have to ignore it and stop accepting it as real. You created them, youβre still creating them (see how powerful you are?) so you can stop them and create the opposite. Accept your 4D as real, not 3D.
Life happens THROUGH you, not TO you.
I really recommend listening to Edward Art on YouTube (ex. already being) or reading some source (Neville or even Bible if thatβs what your into).
Go get your shit - wait I forgot, you already have it π

Manifesting Rant

This is just some of the affirmations that works the best for me and I use most often.
Some of them are just umbrella affirmations (they cover all your desires and things u want to manifest) - they can easily put you into the state of already having every desire manifested. Thatβs what just worked the best for me when I was manifesting my dream life, sp etc.

β’ Even I canβt change [me having my desire] - itβs so strangeβ¦
Note: You literally have already manifested it. If u donβt quite understand it yet and your working towards getting your manifestation - please study the law either from the source or from some fun, aesthetic twitter threads. It will really help you.
