"CORDOVA MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE COMPANY"
(MARCH 11, 2024- MARCH 27, 2024)
Cordova MPC’s existence is already time-tested for its stability as it operates for over 50 years offering relevant financial products and services and helping improve the lives of the members by serving their needs and demands with a heart.
1st week of Immersion, I encountered One of those things is that, in spite of the many tasks, you have to continue and finish those because it’s your duty that you need to follow and do. Another thing I learned is being a fast worker because there are tasks that have time and need to be completed at a given time.
2nd week of Immersion, I learned of many of task that you can do time to time you have no rights to tired and give up because you have a task to do But every mistake, this becomes an instrument for me so that later on I can do all my tasks right and well. All these mistakes serve as an inspiration to me to become a better person every day and do better to avoid future mistakes.
3rd week of Immersion, I am really grateful that I can be a part of this, as a student, work immersion really taught me a lot of things, they also enhance and develop our skills, and prepare/trained us students in work so that we would be ready in the near future.
4th week of Immersion, By doing work immersion, I became more responsible, manage my time correctly, and enhanced more about my communication and teamwork skills. If I were the boss and have the chance, I would gladly accept the position and be responsible for it.
5th week of Immersion, I would not overlook some circumstances and will make sure that I remain fair & honest. we’ve met the manager and I can tell that he’s humble but also fierce. Humble in a way that he knows how to communicate with the other employees and with us, too.
6th week of Immersion, Every time we see him, there wasn’t a time where he’d forget to ask us if we have eaten or how are we doing at the OJT. He always reminds the seniors to give us the tasks that we can handle so there wouldn’t be any trouble.
7th week of Immersion, On the other hand, he’s fierce because he’s got the strict vibes. He has his rules like, employees should not wear accessories while on the kitchen, but of course, this rule is very common and understandable to begin with. He has the traits that a manager should have.
8th week of Immersion, Someday, if given the chance and opportunity to be a manager, I wouldn’t have second thoughts to act and be an influential leader. As the saying goes, “With great power, comes great responsibility”, if I were to be a boss then I would always do what is right and again, be responsible.
9th week of Immersion, Working is never easy. You need to have perseverance, diligence, love for your work and most importantly, the knowledge of interaction. Although you are having a hard time, you still need to do your job correctly because this is your duty as an employee.
10th week of work Immersion, I could say that the most difficult part of the job was not knowing how to socialize with the employees, especially with the customers. I did not know how to talk to other people particularly to those I do not know much. At first, I really had a hard time because I did not know how to approach them. Whenever I have some questions to raise, I would need a companion but then, I have realized that I should not be shy and must not be. If there is something I get confused with the work I was assigned to, I would approach them but this time, without a companion. Little by little, I learned the concept of interaction.
