I do badly wanted it to be revealed that Rumi and Jinu unknowingly made the whole “Jinu is in her sword” because both of them desperately want to stay with each other. For Rumi, she wasn’t ready to let him go and still want to be with him. For Jinu, he was hopeful for the first time in 400 years because of her and doesn’t want her to think he was leaving her, so he thought that he would be gone when he chose to sacrifice himself. But actually, he and Rumi were able to “tether” not only through the power of the Honmoon, Rumi’s hunter powers but also because of their strong will to be with each other. Also there’s so much potential on the idea of Jinu being in Rumi’s sword because it brings up questions. Like has this been done before? Do the demons know that they can give their souls? Is Rumi the first hunter to wield a weapon that has soul? Did Rumi’s parents have the situation. Ngl I like the idea that Rumi and Jinu’s souls are tethered because that would essentially mean that they are spiritually married. But they still own their souls.

It's such a cool view. I hope they lean more into the sword concept, it has a lot of potential
