One thing I love about House and maybe it's a wrong interpretation, but I like that it's not exactly uplifting. The patients get saved, but they are still bad people. A couple that keeps lying to each other stays together. A woman learns her lesson and doesn't get her daughter back. A son doesn't get the closure with his father. That terrible rich guy who keeps fucking over people, well he gets better. The person who keeps getting kicked down by life dies over a very preventable mistake.

As House says "Dying changes everything, almost dying changes nothing."

Watching 911 and Brilliant Minds (both shows I love) always give me that "this is what we learned today" vibe. Even if they don't say it. Maybe it's the narration.

House does have those episodes but it's more like "Oh, ducking x, you thought this would have a positive/moral outcome? People are shit and everything is terrible. Doesn't mean you should give up though." or "Lol, House was wrong, get wrecked. I win. You owe me 20 dollars." And then House doesn't admit he was wrong anyway.

It's already a slowburn! It has been a slowburn for 7 seasons! Why do you need more? The story did not reset in Season 7! Also, who the hell knows what's going to happen to shows with queer characters under the current US government? Who knows what they're going to at least try to censor? This season might literally be their last chance to make it happen (I hope not, but it is a possibility that can't be ruled out). Buddie needs to go canon this season. There's absolutely no reason to wait longer.

Should I watch supernatural? Because everytime I am like nah, but then I see it trending and I check it in case some world ending event has gone down. Instead I get jumpscared by gifs of Dean doing some bisexual pathetic man shit. And everytime the dark voices in my head become louder and louder.
