Traditional Indian cookware for best dishes
The indians basically love their food spicy as their cookware is very popular and efficient when it comes to creating some attractive aroma and a desired taste of the meals. Currently, Indians use quite a number of their traditional cookware which still has high demand, just because of the good aromatic foods they prepare.
A good mum will tell you that utensils are the most basic items they need in the kitchens,that is if they really need to cook a meal that will leave your mouth watering and yearning for more.
The following are some of these utensils:

There are also other cookware that are necessary to have in the kitchen. Something like a processor is important for slicing, chopping and mincing. If you go for a non stick pan,you will have a hassle-free cooking, plus the fact that it is one of the latest kitchen ware that has been innovated.

A cookware such as Kadhai can be traced back to early Indian cooking, as the foods that were prepared from this ancient Indian cookware were flavorful, aromatic and delicious. Khadhai,among other traditional Indian cookware are still used in large capacities in Indian kitchens.

Degchi- This is a basic Indian utensil that is broad-rimmed,deep and round that Indians use to prepare lentils,rice pudding among other cookware delicious dishes.
Kalash and Ghara- The two round bottomed and broad vessels are used for storing water and grains.
Khunti and Palta-This spatula teal type may either contain a square or a triangular headpiece, and it also has a long handle. This vessel is very convenient when it comes to turning vegetables and fish meat,such that they can't get burnt.
Thalis-Thalis are huge platters that are used together with katoris,which is specifically used when serving meals. In the Indian culture,the rich have their plates and bowls made of silver, while those of commoners are made of brass or clay. Some Indians also use leaves from banana plants as they act as hygienic, disposable and biodegradable kitchenware. They are even used today in various occasions.
Bonti- This is a blade with a sharp edge and it has crescent shape. It is driven onto a rectangular piece of wood. The vessel is a found both in the coastal and eastern parts of India. It is used for peeling, chopping and slicing vegetables. The kitchenware is also used to even prawns.It can be seen that although most of the world's traditional cookware may be seen as outdated, Indian ancient utensils are still used as if they just got invented and innovated yesterday. It is the high time that any good cook should try the rich Indian cooking technology, maybe to have a basic difference in meals taste,and for sure,one will not hesitate coming back for more.
