A studio testing a VR game. The only issue is people keep getting stuck in there (such a shame) so they keep sending different people to save them, because they cannot help from the outside.

Their agents are very well trained, but since they don't have the access further into that realm, they don't know all of their people lost their memories. And worse, many have abstracted.

Where Jax and Pomni knew each other irl, and Jax recognised her when she arrived in TADC. He was really happy, because she was the only thing he remembered from the real world, and now she was there too

Pomni was the only one who saw the exit, because every "exit" is created especially for the character. Pomni's looked like an office, because that's where she worked (?) in real world.

Others haven't seen their "exits" yet, because they still need to be created, and Pomni already got hers because Caine made it for someone else who got abstracted.
