When the trolls said, “get the fiancée out of the way and the whole thing will be fixed” they made Hans not love Anna so Kristoff and Anna could be together. And when Hans is about to kiss Anna he looks around and I think he’s thinking “wait… What am I doing? I don’t love Anna…” Then he says “oh Anna if only there was someone out there who loved you.”
