When feeling unmotivated you must remain consistent. Changing the mind can help break thru the plateaus. If you have huge imagination, or day dreamers disease (like me!) use this power to not only enjoy the everyday, but to manifest!
Working out is creating happiness, energy, and using this time to be alone, thinking, and using the imagination to create a new reality.
Visualization is KEY to manifestation. It’s creating what you want to see.

smiling thru a workout is the simplest way to get thru. :) start to associate happiness with working out. Thinking and believe it will bring you health, and natural joy. You will begin to crave it more and more everyday.
2. LOOKING/FEELING PRETTY
simply doing my hair in a pretty bun with a cute two-piece set is an instant confidence booster for the workout! But sometimes it’s nice to have my hair down, and work out in my pajamas because I feel more comfortable that way. Associate exercise with beauty and confidence, and knowing you feel beautiful before and after the session.
3. RELEASING NEGATIVE ENERGY
The body naturally releases happy hormones while exercising. This is the ultimate power booster! it’s free, natural, and healing! I imagine I’m in my dream home exercising in a spacious private workout room with beautiful new Pilates equipment, matching other pieces of equipment, and cute outfits.
It is whatever you BELIEVE it is. The mind has no limits.

A. natural nail revolution 
Ditch your nail extensions, and grab a nail filer because we’re doing shit from home!
The clean girl trend continues as it travels to our fingertips. Clean makeup, nails, and hair, too.
In economic lows; we are more inclined to become our own personal hairstylists, nail technicians, etc. To save money and time; trends will be short, simple and sweet. 
Piggy-backing off the croquette/ doll aesthetic pinks, and off-whites will be a hit. 
“Clean nails” will be a major focus.

Pinks, nudes, white, cream  
Iridescent (see letter E.)
Gems and small rhinestones  
Dare I say… crackle nails 🤯 🤯 (or caviar nails)
B. BLUE BLUE BLUE 
Referring to Vouge Magazine’s 2024 predictions blue is the new black.
Blue eyeshadow is no longer hard to wear — it’s an everyday look. 
Dark blues to powder blue, sparkle to matte.

Blue mascara 
Blue jeans (white shirt???)
Blue eyeshadow has always held a special place in my heart, so, I will personally be rocking with the blues all year.
I recently discovered my love for colored mascara as well, and I also believe it will become very popular this year.
C.  Luxury athleisure
Think tennis courts, tennis shoes, and tennis skirts. 
Did I mention tennis?
Athlesiure has taken over the last few months of 2023 from skims to Tik-tok shop no one could escape a nice seamless BBL zip up with a butter-soft cotton blend. 
This year I see this style moving forward and becoming even bigger. But with a more stylish and sophisticated approach.
D. EFFY EYES 
If Effy Stonem is coming back — then so am I!
I see grunge making a slow crawl back…even dare I say… tumblr ???
Smokey and smudgey eye looks will be back and better than ever. Quick and seductive looks to draw attention to the eyes.
(As stated in B.) deep blues, purples, and blacks. 
E. Iridescent 
I was wrong. Blue is not the new black — sparkle is. 
Leaving behind the old-school chunky glitter and waiting patiently for the glitter glue to get tacky. This year we will be using liquid/powder iridescent duo-chrome shadows on the eyes, and face.
I see highlighter making a major comeback, and yes, in a 2014 way. 
HEAVY highlighter; piggy-backing off the super popular e-girl style of intense inner-corner and button nose contour/ highlight.
This year will will be using more colorful highlights shades, blues and lilacs and focusing them heavily on the cheekbones.
We are currently living in the age of blush. Heavy blush. 
(Which I love 💕)
Personally, I’ve abandoned all contouring/bronzing from my everyday routine and strictly use blush. As the months get warmer I will be incorporating more highlight on-top the blush. 
F. Holistic revolution 
Get in losers — we’re going… to take our vitamins. 
I see major shifts from:
Health —> Wellness 
The boom of bloom, and endless amounts of health drinks, workout clothes, and shadow work journals has let us all to not just become better in 2024: but feel better too. But, with a DIY twist. 
I see a nice refresh of holistic approaches to our everyday issues.
Supplements  / vitamins

Wellness Retreats
Mental health prioritization 
Hormones = Balanced 
*Bonus:  Ditching alcohol this year? Me too!
Bars and cocktails are DEAD.
I have already see a rise of 0% drinks and a major mocktail rise.

In 2013 we had costal cowgirl, this year it will be all-American cowgirl rodeo.
Cowboy hats, and boots have become a staple these past few years and I don’t see it slowing down. These western influences are everywhere; just more stylist.

Referring to A and the naturalist movement, and as we move away from copper hair and bleached bottle blondes what will we do with our hair???

become a disciplined person easily

it's not that you are lazy or don't know how to do it, you just don't know how to organize your time well, stop telling yourself that you don't have discipline or that's for other people and take action now!
start by organizing your current life
what are my goals? what would be my ideal routine? where can i start? what habits are stealing my time or are harmful to me? am i satisfied with my current life? what should i improve? what can i do now to improve?
after answering these questions yourself and having a clearer idea of what you want, write down your short-term goals (for example to become more disciplined in one month by creating small routines) and start organizing yourself, again ask yourself, what can i change right now? and for sure you can improve many things, you can start exercising, have a day and night skincare routine, go for a walk every day, write a diary, whatever you want! and propose to do these new things for at least a week every day, take it as a challenge, even if it is 10 minutes a day, but make a space in your agenda for this new thing you want to start, this is how you will start to create a discipline.
find your motivation
what are the long and short-term benefits you will get when you start this habit or routine? how will you feel when you get what you want, no matter how small? what improvements will there be in your life during and after this?
little by little
as i explained before you can take this as a small challenge, choose a new "harder" habit and another smaller one like drinking water several times a day, and to remind you of this you can carry a bottle of water with you (and i recommend this habit to everyone). if you want to start exercising and you always end up leaving it, propose to yourself the challenge of doing every day 10 minutes for a week and this way you will get used to it (it can be any task that you want to incorporate to your life) and enjoy the process, write or talk to someone how you feel, it may be hard at first but you have to get used to it, do not put too much effort during the first week, maybe there are days that you do not feel like it, but remember better little than nothing, but remember always do it for your well being and improvement, that is the biggest reason you will find.
it can also help you to keep a record of what you do during the day, you can write it down or use an app called daylio, by seeing your progress will keep you motivated.d
some ideas to train your discipline
wake up one hour earlier than usual and go to sleep one hour earlier
organize yourself every day with a planner as soon as you wake up
know your goals for the day
control the time you spend on social media or watching tv
don't give up!
after you have achieved your goal, for example, to lose weight, don't give up the habits you created, you have to keep them in your life so you have to create a routine that suits you and makes you feel happy and motivated at the same time. you will always have more goals to achieve. when you create a routine and a plan of action everything will be much easier for you.

At the end of 2021 I was having a hard time in my career. I absolutely hated my job, and I kept trying and trying to convince myself I could change everything around. I hated my boss, my coworkers, and the whole environment. I lost my passions in the field I worked in for 5+ years. I snapped and decided to completely changed my career path and field. In January of 2022 I went back to school, and did non-stop studying and grinding for 3 months (trade school, USA) and graduated!
Yesterday (4/25/2022) I started my first day. I’ve been fighting constant anxiety and self doubt since January. I’m so extremely thankful to be away from my old job and work environment, even thought I am starting something new. But that is okay! Everyone is new at one time. Even if its fake; I must face everyday with confidence and positivity.
All this being said, being kind to myself, especially in times of transition, and stress, I must bit overwhelmed myself or neglect myself which I can fall into very quickly.
Yesterday my best friend and I had a celebration meal with pizza, donuts, cocktails, and ice cream. We didn’t b*nge but just had a nice cheat meal with desserts and drinks.
It was a celebration!
All steps in the journey. I want to enjoy my life, and sometimes I reward myself with food. I don’t exactly love doing that but it’s a habit I inherited as a child. But, I’m not holding this against myself, it’s just carbs. :)
Long story short; it’s okay to have a celebratory meal. <3

Literally 10/10. This set is so amazing it makes me want to get up, and workout everyday just to put it on. I’ve purchased a workout set from shein before, but this one is so much better!
It’s has 4 pieces; bra, top (with short sleeves) shorts, and leggings. The quality is thick, soft, and stretchy. It has thick stitching, breathable fabric, and the bra even has inserts for support. The shorts are a little tight but all 3 other pieces fit PERFECTLY! I’m obsessed with the top it’s so flattering on.
And the color omg…it’s such a beautiful periwinkle.

Pretending to be a Hadid or Gisele Bündchen. I imagine all models dedication to the gym, and get into that headspace. I workout hard like I’m about to make my runway debut. I need strength, balance, and confidence. I earn these thru exercise.

3. IM IN MY DREAM HOME
I do all my exercise at my house, and sometimes I hate it :( it cramped, and small. So, during my workouts I close my eyes, and I imagine my ideal workout space.
What does it looks it?
What’s in the room with me?
What am I wearing?
I imagine I’m in my dream home exercising in a spacious private workout room with beautiful new Pilates equipment, matching other pieces of equipment, and cute outfits.
It is whatever you BELIEVE it is. The mind has no limits.
Maybe this is only useful for some but it’s worth a try 🫶🏻 using the open mind space to attract a happy, healthier mind and soul. Use the exercise to go beyond just the physical.
One again; there are NO limits to what you can imagine and wish for.
