♡ NEW YEAR ASCENDANCE  ♡
♡ 5 ways to make the new year easier. ♡
PLANNER
Get a cute planner and stick with it. Buy one that speaks to you; calls to you.
Make that thing your new bff.
Look at the planner as something to rely on.
Plus: the planner aids with the brain fog. We’ve all got it.
So this year: write it down.
Imagine: I'm a very busy business woman filling my very busy planner! Lots of business meetings - and I have to calculate every move.
Daily Self Care and Manifestation Journal - A 5 Minute Journal, A 90 Day Planner Journey, Creating Your Dream Life, Vision Board, Guided Journal, & Personal Gratitude Journal, Undated Daily Planner
BUT I wish I got this one instead.
Amazon.com : Clever Fox Planner PRO Schedule Dated (Jan 2025–Jan 2026) – Weekly & Monthly Life Planner with Time Slots, Appointment Book and Daily Organizer to Increase Productivity, A4 Hardcover – Rose Gold
NEW BEAUTY BLENDER
HOW OLD IS YOUR SPONGE? Yeah.
Nothing feels better than a fresh and clean makeup sponge.
My favorite sponge I’ve been using for years– and it’s so underrated. But I don’t gate-keep.
Cheap & Effective: Sonia Kashuk Sponge.
Sonia Kashuk™ Makeup Blender Sponge - Marble : Target
CALENDAR
I look forward to my new calendar every year. Pick one that you really love! Pictures that will make you smile– this year I picked cats. Last year I had positive affirmations, it all depends on what you're feeling.
VISION BOARD
Make the visual– see the vision. Invest into a poster board and make one by hand. Pinterest is fun and free but the one you construct with bare hands will charge the manifestations THAT much more. It’s more than just for looking at – you BUILT it.
You're seeing it in the 3D – you’re feeling it; it’s in the room with you.
What you’ll need:
Old /new magazines clippings / scrap paper
poster board
Mod podge/ glue
glitter, stickers, gems, etc.
Scissors
PILL ORGANIZER
This year we’re actually taking all those multivitamins rotting away in the cabinet.
Get a cute pink organizer – refill it every Sunday.
Amazon.com: AMOOS Weekly Pill Organizer 2 Times a Day, Stylish Pill Box 7 Day AM PM with Large Compartments, Pill Case Easy to Use, BPA-Free Pill Container for Vitamins, Fish Oils, Supplements, Medicines, Pink
* NONE of these brands/ products are sponsored or ad content.
All products were purchased with my own money. I am not paid to promote any products mentioned, nor do I receive any money from links, or online purchases related to listed links.
ALL OPINIONS ARE MY OWN.

♡ HEART WEALTH ♡
CONSUMED by CONSUMPTION? 5 tips for 2025 NO BUY.
The UN- necessaries
Make a list of 5 items you most certainly DO NOT need this year.
MAKEUP (besides the everyday foundation and concealer)
you do not need the latest and greatest in the beauty world.
Plus –  a lot of brands suck right now with lame or underwhelming products.
CLOTHES
This year we're making do with what we got.
Use this year as a personal challenge to expand your closet by expanding your imagination.
Step UP your fashion game by reworking old pieces--
and not giving a F about what’s trending.
VAPES, DRINKS , SMOKES
make it the year you quit! think about yourself first, then your wallet !
Ps. this is a list of things you absolutely, completely DON’T need.
Ex: nightly sweet treats, take outs, useless mindless trinkets or purchases, etc.
LISTEN TO THE HEART: everything in moderation.
2. WRITE IT DOWN
I bet after doing this exercise for 5 days: you will be changed.
For 1 week – write down every time you spend money.
On old school paper and pen; handwriting each item and the price.
From gas, to food; you will be shocked how blindly we spent money.
Using the paper by hand will allow you to see what we’re spending and feel it too.
3. BUY IT IN CASH
BREAK a shopping habit with cold hard cash.
With the plastic – it can feel like money is not real.
Using physical money is far more painful.
I use this trick when clothing shopping – giving myself a limit in cash.
This tip also helped me when I was quitting vaping; seeing how much I was really spending each time I brought a new one – was a MAJOR factor to my success. I haven't vape (or spent $$ on one) in years!
4. SMALL goals = BIG wins
Now shift your attention on what's really important:
choose 1 goal at a time – and lock in.
This year I’m tackling credit card debt.
This is my one big goal for this year.
Instead of stretching my already paper-thin budget; I will take the debt face on and seek pleasure in watching the amount owed go down slowly, but surely. Once the debt is under control I can shift again and refocus on the next steps of my financial journey.
5. Ditch the MINDSET
Money is fluid everywhere. To be rich you must feel rich.
LET GO - of the scarcity mindset.
Believe there is plenty of money to go around and you will survive any and all financial hardships.
Let go of the belief that money is limited.
Money is everywhere, jobs are always available, and your morning dunkin run is NOT going to break the bank.
TIP: act like a rich bitch.
Now for every 1 dollar you spent you will receive 10 back.
Fear of spending will only lead to adverse effects.
Lead  not with fear but an open mind and heart.
SPEND WISELY, GOOD LUCK!

Every it-girl needs:
A stylish pair of sunglasses
The perfect hoop earrings
A few rings
A variety of necklaces. Some statement, some dainty.
A cool pair of white sneakers
Heels that she can walk effortlessly in
The hottest bag
Jeans that fit in all the right places
A go-to lipstick
At least 5-10 cool hairstyles to wear on rotation
A hobby she’s known for. Singing, reading, whatever.
A beauty routine that’s to die for
Confidence through the roof
An aura of mystery. Who is she dating? Why doesn’t she have insta? Where does she get her money? How’d she get into that party?
A cool, calm, and collected personality
Her own defined sense of style. People can take a look and see that she is being quintessentially her”.

Guide: How Not to Let Others Anger You
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
1. Understand the Source of Your Anger
Identify Triggers: Reflect on why certain comments or actions upset you. Is it tied to personal insecurities, past experiences, or values?
Separate Intentions: Recognize that not all actions are meant to provoke you. Some people may act out of ignorance, stress, or misunderstanding.
2. Develop Emotional Awareness
Recognize Early Signs: Pay attention to physical and emotional cues, such as a racing heart or rising tension, that signal anger is building.
Pause Before Reacting: Take a moment to breathe deeply or count to ten. This helps you regain control before responding impulsively.
3. Practice Empathy
Put Yourself in Their Shoes: Consider the other person’s perspective. What might they be going through?
Respond with Compassion: Shift your focus from anger to understanding. A kind response can defuse tension and prevent escalation.
4. Strengthen Your Boundaries
Set Limits: If someone consistently provokes you, establish clear boundaries. Politely but firmly let them know what behavior is unacceptable.
Walk Away: If a situation becomes overwhelming, it’s okay to leave. Prioritize your peace over engaging in conflict.
5. Shift Your Perspective
Don’t Take It Personally: Understand that others’ actions often reflect their own issues, not your worth.
Focus on the Big Picture: Ask yourself, "Will this matter tomorrow, next week, or next year?" Often, the answer is no.
6. Use Humor and Positivity
Laugh It Off: Humor can be a powerful tool to lighten tense situations. Find something funny about the moment to break the tension.
Choose Gratitude: Shift your focus to things you’re thankful for. Gratitude can help you stay positive even in challenging interactions.
7. Build Resilience
Practice Mindfulness: Techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or journaling can help you remain calm and centered.
Develop Self-Confidence: The more secure you are in yourself, the less others' words or actions will affect you.
8. Communicate Effectively
Stay Calm and Assertive: Use a steady tone and express your feelings without blaming. For example, “I feel upset when you…” rather than “You always make me angry.”
Listen Actively: Sometimes anger stems from miscommunication. Listening can help resolve misunderstandings.
9. Let Go of Control
Accept What You Can’t Change: You can’t control others’ actions, but you can control your reactions.
Forgive and Release: Holding onto anger hurts you more than the other person. Forgive for your own peace, not for their sake.
10. Seek Support When Needed
Talk to Someone You Trust: Sharing your feelings with a friend, mentor, or therapist can provide clarity and comfort.
Learn from Every Experience: Each interaction is an opportunity to grow stronger and more emotionally resilient.
By cultivating self-awareness, empathy, and mindfulness, you can protect your peace and not let others’ actions dictate your emotions.

Internal Glow Up Tips
Physical Health You've heard it before, but it cannot be said enough. Exercise 3/4 times a week to release endorphins and help regulate your mood. Stretch regularly to improve mobility and flexibility so even when you age you body will remain fit and healthy. Eat your fruit and veg to ensure your body gets the nutrients it needs. Drink water every day, buy a cute water bottle to keep yourself motivated. Get eight hours of sleep to improve your immune system and concentration, I cannot express enough how crucial sleep is because while you sleep your whole body is busy healing and learning. Allow yourself to rest when you need it to try and avoid burnout. Keep on top of your personal hygiene (I will be posting a separate series on this)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Brain Health Eat foods that hep your brain such as oily fish, whole grains, berries, leafy greens. Your brain is the most important organ in your body so look after it! Practice concentration by meditation to improve your focus. There are loads of great apps for meditations such as headspace, or you could just find a YouTube video. Your time and focus is the most valuable thing you own but todays consumer-based society is destroying our concentration. Work to build it back up.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Attitude Trust me, don't surround yourself with toxic people. It is not selfish to cut off drama, you have to be your first priority. If you surround yourself with people who act badly you will act badly, your surroundings shape you as a person. Don't consume content that makes you feel bad. the TV you watch, the people you follow, the music you listen to, it all shapes your personality and mindset. Don't be afraid to block people, delete apps, follow other people, you control your intake, and your intake controls your output.
