At first, it wasn't so bad, minus having to constantly maintenance that creepy toy machine. But then I was moved to the lower levels.

I was teetering on the railing of a catwalk, working on a pipe leaking this odd red mist, when I heard. . . Screams? Crying? But it was muffled and echoey, coming from the dizzying abyss beneath me. Scared the hell outta me.

I brought it up to the boss, but he just wrote it up as a lack of sleep and leaking pipes. He was rude about it too. Heard he did the same to another worker, some irish dude who yells a lot. Nice guy.

Honestly? I thought he was gonna fire me, or demote me to working on the cafeteria's shitty coffee machine. Instead, I was told my "astounding work" got me a place in "Project Playtime's sister program", whatever that is. I mean, if it gets me a raise, I'm all for it.

A man with grandiose ambitions, finding himself superior to those around him, powerful, snuffed by some ex-worker lucking their way through hell and back with adrenaline alone, going not with a glorious bang, but a pathetic whimper.

It's a perfect end to a character such as Harley Sawyer.

ok a few hours later it occurred to me that Sawyer saying "you... Didn't... save... anyone..." was addressing himself, not us. Which I actually really like so that scene is a little redeemed in my head.

Also I'm starting to think that him 'going out with a whimper' is actually very fitting.

He wanted to be someone. To do something important, to be remembered, to have made an impact on anything at all. Instead, he dies alone, without even a body to leave behind, without a soul to be claimed.

More than human. Less than human. Less than anything.

It's actually rather poetic.

Behold, my Swap AU Audrey!

She looks more like a fusion of Audrey and Ink Bendy, but I couldn't care less.

This actually stems from a question I've had; if Audrey were a toon, who would she be? Alice Angel, or a gender-bent Bendy? For Siblink purposes.

I finally went with gender-bent Bendy and am currently working out how she'd work cartoon-wise.

So far, I'm thinking she'd be a kind of "special appearance" character, only showing up on special occasions or for plot reasons.

Or for selling more merch.

But I also thought about her possibly being a reoccurring character in the comics, specifically with the SSSB; Cameraman, Brute, and Miss Twisty. Either she somehow ends up joining them as a girlfail clutz, or they're the Butcher Gang to her Bendy.

She's Bendy's little sister, created for the soul purpose of appeasing the feminine masses, and making a future offshoot series with her own group.

Also because Joey wanted more money, as he thought she'd be easier to relate to and more likable than Alice for girls watching the show, thus better merch sales.

And it works.

While not as much of a menace to society or trouble magnet, she's as popular as Bendy himself, especially to girls with annoying brothers. To say Susie was absolutely furious about it would be an understatement.

Ngl, I could probably write a book that could rival one holding the entirety of the FNaF lore about this. I've lovingly crafted Audrey the Darling Demon and her entire backstory as we speak, and completely ignored my Swap AU. Oops.

Anyways, Joey's attempts at Audrey fail, he tosses her into the machine like a dirty sock, he tries to reformat the Ink Demon as a last desperate attempt + it works in his favor of fixing two problems, it somehow works because yada yada yada plot reasons, etcetera.

I'm not sure wether to have everyone swapped, or just Audrey and the Ink Demon. Probably just them, bc my mush brain can only handle so much.

I say that as I have multiple swapped characters thought out already-

Just thought but it’s a horrible angsty idea, if Oswald dies/goes missing in the past, then his dad will definitely get blamed. Especially if he’s cured before Oz is taken again. Oswald telling adults his dad’s been weird, boarded up windows, house looking worse for wear, acting out in school, the cat might still not like the dad - not to mention his memory loss when he comes back to the present, and bumps that could be ‘defensive wounds’ or something. Esp with knowing how Fazbear like covering things up.

It’d be awful if the police/his mom thought it was his dad, but Oswald’s dad fearing he might’ve done something to his son in his missing time? 😭😭 Too sad to think of 💀

O o f. Yeah, the end result of the Oswald Gets Taken endings is really angsty to think about. Though, in one case, Oswald gets Pittrapped, so in that case he doesn't go missing and gets replaced instead. So the dad has to live with the horror that Oswald's been dealing with (I expect that, like Oswald knew it wasn't his dad after he saw his dad get dragged in, his dad would know the same), but now it looks like his son :)
