Since we set out on this journey last year it's been an amazing ride, and it's just the beginning. 

As many of you know, we launched Goldbely in our hometown of NYC late last year.  We love NYC and never had intentions of ever leaving. The fateful night of the NYC blackout during Hurricane Sandy, I randomly decided to apply our team to Silicon Valley's most prestigious accelerator program, Y Combinator (without my co-founders knowledge). A month later, we ended up getting accepted, and soon thereafter moved our pirate ship out west into a house in the middle of the 'burbs in Sunnyvale, CA.

The experience has been a blur of amazingly hard work, excitement, and lots of good eating.  As a startup it's really motivating when you have an amazing community cheering you on. It's no wonder why such great innovation comes from Silicon Valley. We're so proud to be a part of this community. 

Our mission is to discover every amazing bite in every town and city in the USA and make it accessible to people everywhere. We are now one step closer towards realizing that mission.
