#testimony "... I have something to share. Today my 5 year old, non verbal son came up to me and SAID "mum, I want a show" he then took me to the DVD player to get me to put on the flying scenes of #topgun - his favorite movie. I cried and was shaking and have felt so anxious ALL day. Such an incredible moment. I told a few of my buddies and as tribute to my son , they have all changed their profile pics to topgun. Compro muchos aguacates y a veces se me maduran todos a la vez. Ayer vi una receta de un pudding de #aguacate y lo hice.... Wow simplemente delicioso!! Aqui les paso la receta, 1 aguacate, 1/4 Taza de cacao en polvo organico, 1/4 de su endulzante favorito (yo use Miel Pero no lo hace #vegan) pero se puede usar #stevia o xylitol (que sea de birch) y un toque de vainilla Organica. Lo pones todo en la licuadora, se enfria por media hora y listo!!!!!! Divino y Saludable #vegan (si no usas Miel), #glutenfree #caseinfree #healthy #chocolove #chocoholic

Como hacer tu propia plastilina sin gluten y sin colorantes #toxicos? Aqui te dejo la receta que yo uso para mis ninos. Ingredientes: 1/2 Taza de harina de arroz y 1/2 Taza de non gmo cornstarch o arrowroot powder. 1/2 Taza de sal, 2 cucharada gas de crema tartara (cream of tarter), 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva 1 Taza de agua y para dar color puedes usar #amarillo: turmeric, purple: elderberry, verde: espinaca., Azul: unas Gotas de jugo de blueberry... Y listo para preparar : mezcla la harina #so gluten, sal, crema tartara en una olla mediana a fuego mediano, Cocinar la masa hasta que no se Pegue a la olla (3-5 min) cuando de enfrie un poco amasar y guardar en un container hermetico.
