Thinking about jyushimatsu’s autism today. it’s actually one of my favorite things in the whole show it means so much to me. He grew up (probably unaware) masking acting just like his brothers and then decided that he had to be a nonchalant highschool badass. And then as he became an adult he started realizing who he was as an individual. No more having to fit in to his peers or trying to be cool, his only peers are his brothers now that he’s a neet! The episode where they all started questioning when his “jyushimatsu-ness” started and they found a baby picture where he was acting that way, but no other childhood photos.. yeah,,

When I was young I was always extremely happy about everything, energetic, and basically acted exactly like him, until I started picking up from people in my family and at school that I was being annoying. So, to fix it I had to stay as silent as possible and not care about anything so that people would like me. And then I realized I had autism about the same time I first watched ososan. I started subtly unmasking around my friends by waving my arms around in my hoodie like him lol. And now as I get older and fix my mental state and unlearn everything my family put onto me I feel just like that happy kid I was supposed to be

if youll believe it, today marks one year since the advent of kiru-chan... waow.....

OKAY BUT ACTUALLY i did want to thank everyone for giving her + my other ocs so much love, it really does make me happy. when i first made kiru i was coming out of an incredibly rough patch in my life + was in a really bad depressive episode, but writing her story and just sharing her with so many people has helped me deal with a lot of my problems and i've become a much happier person as a result.

on top of that ive also made a great deal of friends and just met so many wonderful people, so i really cant thank you all enough for the love and joy youve brought me TT_TT!! i really cant overstate how much it means to me <3
